This home is just a stone's throw away from the stunning Canyon Lake! Our modern farmhouse-style property is designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind, offering spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and breathtaking lake views.

With over 60 windows, the house is filled with natural light, allowing you to soak in the picturesque scenery. Keep an eye out for deer roaming around the yard day and night, adding to the charm of this peaceful retreat. The lake itself is known for its crystal-clear, blue waters, surrounded by oak trees and rocky cliffs.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, our home is the perfect base. Our home is very close to the water but does not have direct lake access. There are however many nearby parks where you can enjoy a wide range of lake activities such as swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, camping, and tubing. And if you're in the mood for city exploration, we're conveniently located near Austin, San Marcos, and San Antonio.

From the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll have the best views of the lake, but almost every room in the front offers a glimpse of its beauty. The house sits on half an acre of land, with a well-manicured front and backyard for the kids to play. Unwind by the large fire pit area or relax on the covered back patio, complete with a BBQ grill and comfy couches.

Our kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring double ovens, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized gas range stove. With two refrigerators and a spacious island that seats 6 guests, you'll have plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. We also have a walk-in pantry and a variety of kitchen essentials to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Rest assured, our bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and plush linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Most rooms are equipped with smart TVs and ceiling fans for your comfort. Our bathrooms are stocked with toiletries, plush towels, and washcloths. And don't worry about laundry, as we provide laundry machines and all the necessary supplies.

For entertainment, head up to our game room on the third floor. You'll find various board games and a mini pool table that converts into a ping pong table. Enjoy hours of fun while taking in the best view of the lake.

In addition to our fantastic amenities, we're conveniently located near dining, shopping, and recreational opportunities. The Canyon Lake Marina is just 10 miles away, offering boat and jet ski rentals, fishing guides, and a restaurant/bar. There are also multiple boat ramps nearby and many parks where you can gain access to the lake.

If you're an outdoor enthusiast, the Madrone mountain biking and hiking trails are just a few miles away. And for those looking to explore more of the area, popular destinations like Wimberley, San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Gruene, Austin, and Fredericksburg are all within reach.

Special Considerations regarding the home...
- The backyard is open and is not fenced on all sides. This allows deer to roam the property but might feel as if it lacks privacy at times.

- The windows all have privacy tint, so during the day neighbors cannot see into the home. However we advise to use the shades at night to provide additional privacy.

- Exterior security cameras are installed. These cameras are strategically positioned outside the home at the front door, garage, back patio and backyard. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home.
