The Neighborhood:

The property is on a quiet street with a mix of Scottsdale residents and other short term rentals. There are nice biking/walking paths along the canal! We respect our neighbors and expect our guests to do the same :)



Getting Around:

Uber, Lyft, or a quick walk to Old Town! Try out a driverless car with Waymo! Old Town also offers golf cart rides back home from a late night!



Other Things to Note:

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:

- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.

- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.

- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

- All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

- By using the golf simulator, guests assume responsibility for any damage caused to the equipment or surrounding area.

- Please use pool and spa at your own risk as no lifeguard is present.

- No smoking inside the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of waste. Smoking inside the house can result in a charge up to $500.

- If Police Department is sent to the house, there will be a minimum charge of $500.

- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are 10pm - 9am. Guest can incur a charge if not followed.

- Do not bring more than the number of guests confirmed on the reservation. Additional "visitors" must be approved by the host. Guest can incur a charge if not followed.
