We were very pleased with the layout of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and the BBQ was perfect. The area was close to downtown Scottsdale and the neighborhood was quiet.

The home is beautiful. Five out of 6 of the bedrooms have a king bed, which is a feature I look for when renting through VRBO. Plenty of bathrooms and space for our Girls Trip (6 participants). The only negative was trying to reach the Host through the Goodnight Stay website versus VRBO - I could not communicate with my phone, but had to use my computer. It would have been helpful to have the check in information and door code the day before since I started my travel at 5:00 a.m. the morning of check in. Other than that inconvenience, the house and grounds were amazing. All of the ladies were extremely happy with their accommodations; location of the home in relation to downtown Old Town Scottsdale, grocery stores, etc; and quietness of the neighborhood. The pool was a plus since the temperature was well above 100 most days.

Overall, the property itself was very nice and just as it had been represented on VRBO. The house is beautiful! However for the price there were several issues. The water was not ever hot in the bunk room bathroom, one of the main floor bathrooms had a leak in the shower that caused soaking of the bath mat daily, the ladder on the bunk bed was very unstable and the barn door to the master bedroom kept coming off the track. The house was rented for 10 people but supplies were very lacking for a house that was rented for 5 days for that number of people. There was one towel per person, 2 dishwasher pods, a 2.5 ounce bottle of dish soap. Terribly inadequate to keep a house in good clean condition. It seems that for a house intended for a large number of guests and at an expensive price that the supplies would be more adequate. I messaged ahead to inquire about type of coffee maker and was told in an email that it would be a kuerig and so ordered pods ahead of arrival. However, it is actually a drip coffee maker. While all of these things individually may seem insignificant; cumulatively they did affect the overall stay.

The Perfect Stay

Great stay! The space was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly located near everything in Scottsdale. My group was impressed with how immaculate and thoughtfully designed the decor was. Spending week with family

We loved this house! So many beautiful rooms and bathrooms, everyone felt very comfortable! The outdoor space was so fun! And the kitchen is massive! We definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon.

Girls getaway

Wonderful property. Great location. Easy check in and out. My only suggestion would be to stock more soap packs for kitchen,bathrooms and laundry. Also adding more bathroom towels. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. Very beautiful space that is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The outdoor space is amazing as well.

House is as pictured

Great size to accommodate 5 adult couples, great large outdoor table used often for meals. Very walkable to town. Cons- one sliding door was broken when we arrived. Half of the upstairs including two of the bedrooms were very hot during our stay despite the air conditioning running. Seemed a bit difficult to control the temperature in that size of a home. Lots of construction is happening down the street at the time of our stay. Overall we had a great time

The house is beautiful and close to restaurants and shopping. We loved the outdoor table and pool. Our only problems were with the air conditioning upstairs. It was working on and off and in Scottsdale that is a problem. We thought the house could have had more appliances and cooking items in the house. We also felt like there wasn't enough towels for the number of guests. One of the downstairs bathrooms was having a drainage problem when the water was on. Other than that WE LOVED IT!

Everything about this stay was amazing. The house is beautiful and well done. The couch is cozy and there are several great seating areas. I was hosting a "retreat" type event with a handful of clients and it was set up PERFECTLY for this. Everyone had their own private space plus bathroom (besides 2 upstairs bedrooms that share a bathroom). It was an absolutely perfect alternative to a hotel. It would also be great for couples or families. (If you have little kids you might consider a gate or something to block the stairs, or check if the owners have an option like that). The showers and water pressure were excellent. The kitchen appliances are to die for. I would give a bonus star if possible. AND host communication was excellent.If I was forced to find a flaw (that's not really a flaw but something to know) - it's a new construction house in an area with older houses. The neighborhood itself was lovely, safe, and walkable to shopping and food, but I did have a tiny "the neighbors are going to hate us" when I initially pulled up. DO NOT let this stop you from booking unless that will really bother you and keep you from enjoying your stay.I have stayed at many rented homes for vacation with family, or hosting clients (usually using that other big company, but recently switching to VRBO) and this is in my top couple.
