Great location in town for 3 adult couples for a short weekend stay, many places within walking distance and the house was on a quiet, peaceful street. Amenities of the house were perfect for what we needed and the group commented on the great taste in style throughout the house.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed for our time there. Rooms were all cozy, the kitchen is large and has lots of counter space, and the sauna shower was a huge hit.

Great location in a small adorable town. This place is perfect for adults traveling that need multiple rooms with king sized beds which are sometimes hard to find.

Wonderful stay! This home was very comfortable and within walking distance to town. Only one block from the entrance to Watkins Glen State Park. The kitchen is well appointed, beds were very comfortable, and there is a nice outdoor space with a grill. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

My husband and I were thrilled to find this property! It is in the perfect location in the heart of Watkins Glen, and had all the amenities to make it the perfect home base for our annual Easter Trip. We are already looking forward to staying again as soon as we can!

Great stay. Very convenient location.

Mary was responsive and a good host. The house had many amenities, including a stocked kitchen, which all worked great for my adult family. I didn’t expect the location to be as convenient as it was. Less than two blocks away from the amazing waterfall hike at Watkins Glen State Park. And walking distance to many restaurants.

Great house in central location

We loved the house and location. Everything was clean and warm feeling in the house. Mary was responsive with any questions. The house was located walking distance to Watkins Glen State Park and all restaurants as well as a short drive to the wineries. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking.

This house has been remodeled in very interesting ways! We enjoyed seeing them. I appreciated their being 2 distinct areas in the living room - one with the TV and a more quiet area. House is in a convenient area oon a quiet street.

Everything was wonderful. The porch and deck could have been cleaned of the leaves and picnic table tablecloth needs to be replaced. Would have liked a Keurig. Other than that it was wonderful great location. And we plan on booking next year.

Great Home and Great Location

This house had everything that we needed for a great vacation. It was clear that the owners went above and beyond in anticipating and meeting visitor's needs. The location was perfect for getting to the Falls and to the numerous shops and restaurants downtown. We were a little concerned by the word “Cozy” in the title of the house; however, we worried needlessly. The home is very spacious, yet warm and inviting. Also, when we contacted the owners with questions, they always got back to us in a few minutes.
