Alex and the team were great to work with from the moment of reservation all the way thru check-out. Any questions asked were promptly answered and any issues were rapidly addressed by the team during our stay. The house and the pool area rocked for our family with 18 people total including 8 kids of various ages. Access to the beach was real close via the golf cart provided with the unit but did take multiple trips do to our size.

The house is amazing!

Great communication with the host. The house has great space, love the balconies and the pool. There was also good space around the pool. We held our annual family gathering we usually celebrate around the 4th here, and had good space for our big family. Everyone enjoyed!

Amazing Time!

Seas the Day was PERFECT! It checked all the boxes! Plenty of room for all of our group, activities that the kids (and adult men) loved - golf simulator game for the WIN! Golf cart was a hit and location was ideal! Close walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Private beach access was great and we even got to see baby turtles the first night! Bummed we had to check out early due to the hurricane, but enjoyed every minute we were there! Also, the beds are SOOO comfortable! I still need to know the brand/model since I forgot to check before we left. We had to contact guest services when we first arrived due to wi-fi issues, but that was quickly resolved. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful property upscale

We had a great time, we did have a couple of issues but Alex was very prompt, accessible and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful House

The house was perfect for our family vacation. There were plenty of space and rooms for everyone! The house is just as beautiful in person as they are in the pictures. Alex and team were very easy to work with and responded quickly if needed. Can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful home!

We loved everything about the house! Heated pool was wonderful! Easy walk to beach, huge kitchen, beautifully decorated! Alex was very responsive with any of our questions. Will definitely be back!!

Family Reunion - Military Change of Command

Perfect size house/location for a Family Reunion of 22 attending military Change of Command ceremony for family member. House game room was perfect to entertain the children during the daily Florida thunderstorms, when it wasn't raining the heated hot tub and pool made for lasting memory opportunities. We used the golf cart (easier parking) to take the kids down to the beach (just minutes away). Will come back here again!

Family Vaca Success!

We had such a good week here in Feb with our whole family! The house is beautiful and well maintained. Have the pool heated, it’s like bath water, so comfortable. The hot tub gets really hot, I wish there was a way to set the temperature but that was just a personal preference. We went in the hot tub everyday! The golf cart is a nice addition, the only downfall is there is no where to park it at the private gated entrance but still so nice and you can just trolley the fam to the beach. The kitchen is a dream, so beautiful and a perfect place to have meals with the family. The location is so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Such a beautiful place and plenty of space.
