The Perfect House and Location

We enjoyed our three nights at this property. The house was spacious, big pool, big living space areas and patio areas. Rooms were nice and spacious also. The best part was that it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Golf carts and bikes were provided that helped with little children and grandparents’ transportation to and from the beach.

Family Reunion at Castawaves

The Castawaves house is amazing. Very clean. Very big. The elevator was super convenient. The pool is awesome. The theater room is cool. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had 18 adults and 6 kids stay in this house and everybody loved it. The living room and kitchen areas are HUUUGE. Highly recommend Castawaves. The only con was that there was a bit of mold in a few of the bathrooms around the vent areas. The ceilings are like 15 ft high though.

RUN, RUN AND RUN FASTER FROM THIS ZERO STAR PROPERTY

This property was the most disappointing property that any of us in our group of 18 have every stayed at. It is not in the condition it is advertised in. I have never stayed in a place that was this FILTHY!Walls/cabinets are covered with dirt, food, dust and etc. Kitchen cons: No cooking supplies in a BEAUTIFUL kitchen.Only a few cooking pans,1 cookie sheet,1 cake pan, almost no utensils. Has plenty of plates, cups and silverware. Had to go and buy tin pans just so we could cook. The cabinets were EXTREMELY DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT, nothing was organized in them either. Outside cons: The pool area is absolutely AMAZING but almost all pool furniture is broken. The fridge had leftover food from previous renter. No grilling utensils and nothing to transport food. 1 pool light was working. 1 light does not make for safe swimming which confuses me as it leads to the next issue. There is a pool alarm that goes off whenever a basement door is opened. Should be a way to turn this off at renters request. There are beautiful sliding doors that open up the basement area to the outside living area that is completely not usable due to this. No trash cans by the pool area either. General house cons: The theater room was missing a remote and was not usable for the first 48-72 hrs. The pool cues were all broken and had to be replaced just to play. Not all bathrooms had the 2 rolls of toilet paper that are to be provided or trial size shampoo and etc. Yes, you read this right. No toilet paper is provided or anything else. This is not told to you until after booking and about a week prior when you get checkin information. You pay an outrageous amount and $20 worth of toilet paper can't be provided. Very disappointing. Had to contact them daily with issues. This is vacation and for this price there shouldn't be any issue. I finally gave up as they were not pleasant to deal with. Asked for phone call to discuss even further issues but still have not received 3 weeks later. They don't care about your vacation or the condition of the house but just the $$. BEDROOM/BATHROOM :The beds and room configurations were nice. Bunk room not useable due to no doors, opens to hallway and lots of outside light. Bathrooms dirty, lot of hair balls, ours didn't have a trash can. WE WOULD NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE AGAIN OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY BY 5 STAR. My list could contuse but not worth my time.

Huge home

Great house. Minor damage to some door handles and the elevator door. Everything still functioned perfectly. Would probably pay to heat the pool and hot tub can get cool after a good rain, even in august.

Beautiful house

Wonderful and very clean. Only issue was that the fuse box had some malfunctions but they were timely coming to try and fix.

Family/friend Spring break week stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Castawaves. We were a group of 18 ranging in ages from 5 to 43. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots to keep us entertained during our stay. A few of the amenities were not working upon our arrival but the reality company was fast to get someone out to get things up and running. We would definitely stay here again.
