• Access to the shared in-ground pool, just 75 feet from your front door. It's rarely occupied by other guests, ensuring a private swim.
• The guest house is a stand-alone unit located at the end of the driveway, approximately 100 feet behind the main house. This rural and safe area is close to amazing food, groceries, and entertainment.
• Easy paved access from the road. We value your privacy and will respect it. You will only hear from us if you need something. Don’t hesitate to ask for anything. Our goal is to provide a 5-star stay.
• We're always available for assistance or local advice, while respecting your privacy.
• No parties or family reunions. If you have special circumstances, please message us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Maximum occupancy is 4 people unless approved by the host.

Accessibility Notice:
• Two entrances: two steps up from covered parking into the back door, and a patio door on the front with no steps.
• One single step up from the living area to the bedroom.
- Pool hours 10am-dusk.
- No pets.
- No more than 4 adults allowed. 2 is our preference.
- No events, parties, family reunions, etc.
-Guests may NOT invite friends over to swim in the pool. If you have a unique circumstance, please message us.
- You must have permission to enter the horse barn or pastures.
-Please keep all doors closed at all times on the guest house.
