Welcome to our paradise on Pine Creek. A beautiful three acre property and renovated farmhouse at the gateway to the Pine Creek Valley and all it has to offer, with direct access to both Pine Creek and the Pine Creek Rail Trail. With plenty of room for the whole family, and limitless opportunities; hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, swimming and more. Even your own outdoor pickleball courts. Or... just pull up a chair on our outdoor patios and watch the creek roll by.

.The centerpiece of the house is a wonderfully designed kitchen with walls full of windows looking out on Pine Creek. A spacious kitchen island (with stools for dining) and a luxurious window seat, make this the perfect spot for relaxing, with room for the whole group to be part of the cooking experience. An adjacent dining area with French doors opening to the outdoor patio provides a great space for meals and celebrations, and a perfect transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Add to this three separate living room areas, each with its own gas fireplace, and a classic wrap-around covered porch. With all these options, it’s easy to hang with the group or find a little solitude when you need it.

Another thoughtful touch is the first floor entry foyer, with its own full bathroom (including a stacking washer/dryer). It provides quick and easy access from the outdoor areas, and is the perfect spot to drop wet shoes, swimsuits and towels on your way in.

Upstairs, you will find 6 bedrooms (with a total sleeping capacity of 14) and two full bathrooms. One bathroom with combination tub/shower, and the other with a walk-in shower.

There is a pack and play in the closet under the stairs, on the first floor.

A selection of bikes, kayaks, and canoes are provided for your use, and there is plenty of space to store any equipment you may bring along. We have 8 life jackets varying from youth to adult large. We recommend you bring life jackets (if you are smaller than youth medium or larger than adult large) and bike helmets.

All parts of the house and grounds leading to the river. Pickleball court suited for 8 players (2 courts in fenced area). The garage is not available for guest use but there is ample car parking on the driveway.

The main entrance has four steps. There are four two step locations surrounding the house and one set of stairs inside the house from the first to the second floor.
