Nestled in West Ocean City away from the hustle and bustle yet still close to everything. This delightful house is the perfect retreat for guests seeking rest and relaxation or as a central starting point for whatever you are looking for. Off-shore fishing - close. MD and National Park Beaches - Close. Ocean City boardwalk - Close. Frontier Town Waterpark - Close. Golf - Close.

With 2 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed and 1 Twin over Full bunk bed, this property offers a cozy and comfortable stay. Two pull out sofas (queen and single) in the living room provide sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. Do not be worried about a single bathroom in the house, the 2 community pool clubhouses are less than a block away and have 3-4 men's and women's showers in each for use by guests.

Stay connected with WiFi and a smart television ready for your streaming needs. The home has the convenience of a full size washer and dryer.

A fully stocked kitchen will help you be at home for all your dining needs. Great week in OC.

Rental was as advertised and the host was super responsive. Have stayed at Assateague Pointe several times and this is one of the best rentals we have had. Spacious bathroom and lot's of sleeping options. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place

Just a perfect beach for a family with little ones. I can’t say enough great things about the house, the community, and the host. Can’t wait to be back later this summer!

Our entire experience was amazing. The home was exactly how it was described cute little 2 bedroom house, well decorated and maintained. Our family of 7 fit perfectly, and it was a fun trip with all the amenities in the community as well as the passes for Assateague island. Communication with the owner was excellent and very attentive to each detail. Would definitely recommend staying here again.! Thanks for a great vaca!

This is one of the best stays we have had. The community had a lot to offer and everyone was so friendly. The cottage is the cutest and had everything we needed. We traveled from almost 4hours away, so the beach chairs toys boot boards bikes etc was a big drawl because it freed up trunk space! The renter is very responsive and accommodating. It’s also in the perfect place accessible to beaches, stores, amusements etc. we will 100% be staying here again when in MD!

We enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed for the week. Location was close to the pier and the pool/clubhouse. Our kids enjoyed the use of the bikes and sports things provided by the host! Check in was simple and quick, as was check out. We had a small issue upon check in. The host was quick to respond and worked with us to get the issued resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stop!

Was my first time in Ocean City for the Oceans Calling music festival and our experience with this property made the whole trip amazing! Service isn’t great so the added WIFI was a life saver to stay in touch with my group, otherwise- the disconnect was greatly appreciated too! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood after long days and even enjoyed staying in on one of the rainy days. Highly recommend for a beach trip to OC!

Adorable Cottage

Lance was an excellent and helpful host. The cottage was the perfect size for the 4 of us and could easily accommodate more. It is a great layout with plenty of room to relax, cook and sleep. Our family had a fantastic time staying at this property on Labor Day weekend...house was clean and inviting, owner had thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with things needed for our stay, and there's even a grill and shed stocked with games and bikes! The neighborhood itself has lots of things to do, such as paddle boarding (free of charge!) and a pier with an amazing view of the bay which my kids loved because they saw crabs and mussels on a low tide day. Assateague Island is very close by and outlet shopping and the OC boardwalk is just a few minutes away. Owner is very responsive, we look forward to staying here again!

Amazing 🤗

This home was a lot nicer than I expected it to be in a private gated Community with two beautiful swimming pools, a cute park next to a beach like pond area that they have fishing rods lifejackets, and these cute paddle boats you can go on the water with no extra charge. Beautiful long pier to watch the sunsets. Home was fully re-renovated Beautifully, Kitchen was stocked with all of our needs, and accommodated my family perfectly. I Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home, thank you for giving our family one of the best vacations we have ever had.

Beautiful beach cottage!

Just got home from a great week at this beautiful little cottage! Everything is freshly renovated, clean, and very light and airy. We had everything we needed and it wasn’t cluttered with too much- perfect balance! Assateague Pointe is an amazing community as well. So much to do- fishing, walks on the pier, and great pools. My kids range from 2-12 and they were all able to have fun. The bikes in the shed were great and so nice that I didn’t have to worry about bringing from home. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing week!
