A large screened porch provides the perfect space for gathering with everyone, and the canalside firepit with seating is ideal for outdoor evenings.
This one-story home features three bedrooms, a private fourth sleeping area, and three full bathrooms. The spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area make it perfect for family vacations.
The main king bedroom has a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full bed. A second full bath is located in the hallway and has been fully updated. A sunroom with a queen sleeper sofa provides a fourth private sleeping area. The laundry room and third bathroom are conveniently located off the kitchen.
Two kayaks and cornhole boards are provided for outdoor fun.
