My friend and I absolutely loved the entire place. The view on any day is breathtaking. My rescue pup had a great time and made some progress in walking on a leash and meeting new people. It was a birthday vacation to remember.

The condo is beautifully appointed, well-organized, spotless, and fully stocked. Being able to bring our 12-year-old Shih Tzu was a key factor in choosing this location. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous view. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property in perfect location

Sunset Bay Villas is a beautiful property in a perfect location to access all that Chincoteague has to offer. The unit we stayed in was well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and lovely. We will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! Easy walking distance to shopping and carnival. Very spacious and clean. Also appreciated the books, movies, and magazines!

Nice Place For A Short Getaway

The unit was well stocked and in a convenient location. The waterfront view is relaxing. The inclusion of towels and sheets was a nice plus. Would stay here again.

Thank you for an amazingly easy check-in (even when our initial code wasn't working, one phone call and it was corrected in a matter of minutes!). We love this rental! Clean, spacious, large well equipped kitchen and perfectly located in Chincoteague! Our Happy Place

We had a fantastic vacation week at Sunset Bay #209. Clean, spacious, and comfortable with great AC...it was perfect for our multi-generational vacation. The deck seating was perfect for another living space and the sunsets were breathtaking.

Great Island Getaway

We loved our time at the condo! The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals, do crabbing, have a relaxing night in, and the place was very clean. We would for sure recommend this to our friends and family!

Perfect place for a short getaway. Loved every minute of our stay. Great walkable location. Unbelievably responsive property manager who came right over to fix the main TV.
