Discover the ultimate getaway at this beautiful home on Tims Ford Lake. Enjoy lake views from the outdoor covered porch or go down to the dock where you can swim, fish, and enjoy the SUPs and kayak as you explore. Equipped with billiards, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade game, and movie projector, your family and friends are sure to enjoy. Bring your boat and put in at the boat ramp only 1 mile away!

-Pacman Arcade with 12 arcade games, foosball, shuffleboard, and billiards
-Fire pit and porch seating where you can sit back and relax
-2 complimentary paddleboards and 1 kayak so you can explore the lake.
-Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the dock access with a slip. Fish off the dock, kayak, swim, or just relax by the water.


Indoor Comforts:
Step into relaxation as you enter with a stocked kitchen, spacious seating, and fireplace. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there`s ample space for everyone, ensuring a comfortable stay. The master suite, located on the main level, features a king-sized bed for comfort.

Nearby Attractions:
-A short drive to the famous Jack Daniels Distillery, offering tours and tastings for whiskey enthusiasts. Also, in the area is Uncle Nearest and George Dickel distilleries.
-Tims Ford State Park-Golfing, Hiking, etc.
-Rutledge Waterfall
-Marinas: Tims Ford, Holiday Landing, Lakeview, and Twin Creeks

The home has seasonal water so the dock will not be accessible November-Mid March.
Dock is on an outparcel and is about a 2 min drive from the home. The walk down to the dock from the road is fairly steep.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the game room and all outdoor amenities. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and the peace of mind of a secure, private property.

This home is in a quiet rural neighborhood. We do ask everyone to be respectful of neighbors and mindful of noise as not to disturb others.

We had a great time during our stay at this home. It was very clean and well furnished. It was the perfect setting for our family get-away. The kids loved the game room and the kitchen/living area was very nice for cooking/gathering. The dock was very nice with the swing, slide, and kayaks. The owner/manager communicated with us often to ensure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house for a nice, relaxing vacation.

Amazing place. Beautiful house and yard.very clean. You can see the lake from the house just beautiful. Grandkids and adults had a great time. This place is very kid friendly. Home was clean, well managed, and great service. An appliance was having an issue and a staff member was by within the hour to help. The dock is an about a 5 minute walk from the property. Such a cool place.

The house was very clean and well organized. Our family of 16 all agreed that the house layout was very thoughtful. The house accommodated everyone in our party, ages 1-70. We had a great time using the dock which included a slide and rope swing. The kids (and adults) had a blast! The hosts were very kind, and made sure we all had every thing we needed for our stay. We will definitely be returning next year!!

Family Fun!

Great holiday weekend! House was perfect for teenagers with lots of entertainment in the basement! We brought our golf cart which helped with distance to dock. Great neighborhood to walk/run! We love this lake and will book again!

Spring Break Getaway!

We love visiting Tim’s Ford Lake. This was our first time in the Spring. House was Gorgeous & Modern! Kids loved the game room & Projecter Tv. Everything was SUPER comfy. Plenty of room to spread out! Not a lot of extras as far as pantry items. Walmart does deliver to this area which was helpful! Dock was very nice & walk/drive wasn’t terrible. A golf cart would have been a nice addition!! Neighborhood was very quiet. Fishing wasn’t great in the early spring but that’s to be expected. Great home on the Lake!

Wow what a peaceful experience, so easy to check in and it was so quiet. We got to see lots of deer. The game room was where we were the most so fun! Beds were so comfy and the kitchen was sooo nice!
