Welcome to your lakeside retreat with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on the shores of the beautiful Tims Ford Lake. Nestled along the serene shores, this spacious and beautifully appointed property is the perfect destination for those seeking a peaceful getaway with family and friends. Sit around the fire pit, soak in the hot tub and enjoy the tranquil water views, go explore with kayaks, or bring your own boat for water adventures and store it in the dock slip. The boat ramp is just a few miles away.

-Pacman Arcade with 12 arcade games and Foosball to keep your group entertained
-Fire pit where you can relax and enjoy the tranquil water views
-2 complimentary kayaks so you can explore the lake
-Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the dock access with a slip, allowing for seamless boating experiences. Whether you prefer fishing off the dock, kayaking, swimming, or simply basking by the water's edge, this retreat caters to your every outdoor whim.

Indoors:
Step into relaxation as you enter your lakeside home. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there's ample space for everyone, ensuring a comfortable stay. The master suite, located on the main level, features a king-sized bed for comfort. Off the living room is Jack Daniels themed bar area equipped so you can catch your favorite game or show while taking in water views through the large bay windows.

Nearby Attractions:
-A short drive to the famous Jack Daniels Distillery, offering tours and tastings for whiskey enthusiasts. Also, in the area is Uncle Nearest and George Dickel distilleries.
-Tims Ford State Park-Golfing, Hiking, etc.
-Rutledge Waterfall
-Marinas: Tims Ford, Holiday Landing, and Twin Creeks

The master bedroom fireplace does not function. There are no lights or electricity at the dock.

The property has seasonal water and the water levels will begin dropping in October and will not return to normal levels until May. During this time, you may not be able to get a boat into the slip. You are still welcome to venture down by the water's edge to fish, kayak, or sit and enjoy the water.

The property is on a hill and the driveway is fairly steep.
-Must be 25yrs of age to book the property
-Follow neighborhood speed limit of 20mph.
-Do not disturb neighbors
-No Parking on Street

We were planning on having a family celebration for my father's 90th birthday, but he ended up in the hospital. We all came anyway and found the house to be a haven from the reality of my father's situation. Thank you SO much!

Amazing home right on the lake, unreal views, we loved every moment. We had 4 kids between 5-7 and 2 couples, it fit us all well and had a good balance of things for smaller kids and bigger kids. Hot tub was heating (thanks!) and overall just an amazing place to vacation with our families.

Beautiful and Quiet Little Cove

Great location off the main channel. Very peaceful, quiet location almost at end of a beautiful little cove. The residence kinda felt like a tree house with all the surrounding trees as you sit on top floor. We brought paddle boards but the extra two Kayaks were a great BONUS! So far this is our favorite location! Just a heads up tho for those that are new to lake properties...lots of stairs in house, lots of uphill and downhill walking from house to dock. Great exercise! Justin/Derrick please continue to to maintain this property we look forward to coming back!

The house is on a great location. The house needs cleaning. Why isn’t there a closet for the master bedroom? Why can’t we access the TV’sWe have pictures of many items that need attention.

Lake time relaxation

Relaxing time - loved access to lake with kayaks. Had a couple of small issues but host communicated quickly with us and address them. Was very good place to spread out and enjoy time as a family. Easy access to Tims Ford park.

Excellent experience!

We were really happy with our experience and vacation at this property. They were very accommodating and helpful! Upon booking, arrival, and until the end of our stay, the owners were responsive when we reached out. The home and lot were clean and on a great cove. Highly recommmend!

Great Views and Location

The house and grounds are beautiful. The house is clean and well stocked. The location is perfect whether you want to hike, golf, or enjoy the lake. We loved being able to use the kayaks that are provided with the property. The fire pit was a really lovely amenity. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great family getaway

The house is very nice and easily accommodated 9 including an infant. One of the best parts was the hosts, Derrick and Justin, who were super responsive for anything we needed and had good suggestions for restaurants and things to do on the area.
