Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Vermont’s Upper Valley. This bright and comfortable one-bedroom apartment sits above a detached garage on our property, just minutes from I-91 and a short walk to Main Street in Bradford. It’s an ideal stay for travelers, visiting professionals, or couples exploring the area.

The space
The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and porch. Inside, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen stocked with cookware, coffee, and essentials, and a clean bathroom with toiletries provided. The living area offers a sofa, streaming-ready TV, and fast Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing or catching up on work.

Convenience & comfort
Guests enjoy easy self check-in and off-street parking directly next to the stairs leading up to the apartment. The unit has air conditioning, heat, and all the basics for a stress-free stay. Laundry services and grocery options are available nearby in town.

Our family lives in the main house on the property with a friendly dog who stays in designated yard areas. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard at their own risk. Please note that the apartment is on the second level and accessed by stairs.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Rental was clean, cosy and comfortable. Host provided beverages; water, coffee, teas and seltzer water which was very welcome. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and meals. Very nice grocery store nearby. Hosts were responsive to all questions and kept the deck and stairs cleared of snow and safe. Lots of hot water and fast wi-fi! I’ll definitely be returning soon.

We had a great time here! Apartment was very clean and Sarah was very responsive when we had a small issue with the wifi. The check in and check out processes were both very easy. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was a great find! It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The extra touches were nice, tea and coffee, toiletries if needed, simple comfort items. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We will definitely saty again!

Quiet, clean, cozy apartment located 12 minutes from the fair grounds. Kind owners, very accommodating, and good hosts. Only improvements I’d make is a curtain in the bathroom. I used my suitcase as a barrier. Gorgeous wide wood floors and super cute kitchen set up. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
