Nous offrons un excellent endroit pour plus de 18 personnes + 6 supplémentaire dans le centre de Budapest. Avec nous, vous pouvez éprouver Conception / Prestige / Art sur 360 m² avec ascenseur, parquet, les chambres lumineuses et beaucoup d'espace avec tout ce que vous avez besoin. Seulement 2 min de la célèbre Café New York.

3 appartements dans une rangée - ce que vous obtenez: 1,2,3 (ensemble 3) appartements (chacun de 120 à 140 m²) pour vous et votre groupe. Tous les appartements sont dans la même rue, à seulement 100 mètres de l'autre. Tous ont le même style que vous pouvez voir sur les photos. Chaque appartement obtenu ascenseur et est lumineux et possède également 3 septembre chambres avec un lit double en elle. (ensemble le 12 septembre chambres à coucher que vous trouverez dans tous les appartements.)

Les appartements sont bien meublées et de nombreux articles sont cueillies à la main. Donc, son parfait pour les grands groupes qui veulent y intimité, mais veulent également se réunir de temps en temps pour explorer la ville ensemble. Aussi pour les réunions de famille où vous pouvez revenir à votre propre appartement. Very good property, clean and the owner was incredibly responsive and easy to contact. Only issue we had was an injury due to the doorway between kitchen and hallway on one property that has a thin metal strip on it which cut a toe open. Other than that all was great. Highly recommend for a group of friends or family. Not suited to party groups (which is probably a good thing as the properties are in great condition)

Large Gathering of Friends in Budapest

The units are nearby, but not adjoining so please note it is just 3 different apartments with varying amenities. We were staying in July in a heat wave so note that the units don't have AC and fans are limited so several bailed out after a day of trying to cope. One of the units had a problem with the roof so one family was asked to vacate mid-trip for another unit. When I asked for a refund instead for the lost days, Frank ghosted me. A final note is that there is a per person charge so be sure to search for pricing that way. We had a large gathering of friends with some shuffling so the 9 guests changed to 13 for staying amongst the three units. This changed the price at the last minute so was a logistical problem as I fronted the reservation for three families. In all, the heat wave was not the fault of the landlord, but consider that if travelling in summer. The pricing could have been clearer. Not refunding for an uninhabitable unit was unacceptable and VRBO will be arbitrating that.

AMAZING PLACE FOR GROUPS !!!!

This is the perfect solution for big groups. We spent a fantastic time in this classy property. Spotless, big, great value for being right in the centre with lots of space we even do not have at home. THANKS FOR THE EXTRA TIPPS!!! Will plan a longer trip next time. Also thanks for the tip with direct booking over your own website for the next time. This safes time and money. :):):)

super location für große Gruppen

Wir waren hier mit unserer Firma (20 Leute) und es war perfekt. Alles wie beschrieben. Die property ist tipp topp und super zentral gelegen. Kann man sehr gut weiter empfehlen. Schön eingerichtet, tolle große Räume, Parkett, hohe Decken, Stuck, alles was das Herz begehrt. Wurden auch vom Flughafen abgeholt. Einfach Klasse!!!! DANKE

AMAZING STAY IN XXL

We came for a week to meet with all our friends in Budapest. This place is just unique in the city. Great taste, great location, spotless and quiet. Also its a low budget compared to a good Hotel room. And beyond this its even more space. Imagine almost 400 sqm of wooden floor, floor heated bathrooms, great light, high ceilings, elevator and everything you need, but more. Thanks a lot to our host Frank and his family. perfect solution for all our friends and family

We arrived late and Frank organized transport from the airport what helped a lot. Everything was well prepared for us and worked fine. It was all very clean and the apt. are right in the centre. You can walk from here to everywhere or even take bus, tram, subway. The place is superb. Everything is mint condition and looks like brand new. May be it is. Dont know or its just super well maintained. My family and friends where amazed by the quality for this budget. We highly recommend Franks place for larger groups.

Super Lage und wahnsinning schön eingerichtet

Waren hier für ein Mädelswochenende und haben es nicht bereut. Franks Apartments sind ausgezeichnet - sauber, stylish, groß mit hohen Decken und überall Parkettboden. Wir hatten mehr Platz als wir brauchten. Der Preis ist topp und wer Budapest nicht kennt, sollte bald mal vorbei kommen. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants, nette Leute, gutes Nachtleben und wenn man dann noch bei Frank unterkommt, bekommt man mehr geboten, als in vielen anderen Städten. Der Preis ist unschlagbar gut und die Lage ebenfalls. Sehr zentral und perfekt gelegen für alles was die Stadt zu bieten hat. Planen einen weiteren Trip hierher und freuen uns schon jetzt. Danke auch für den Abholservice vom airport.

Einfach Klasse !!!

Wir kamen mit unseren Mitarbeitern aus der Firma hierher. Jedes Jahr machen wir zusammen eine Reise. Diesmal gings nach Budapest. Es war einer der besten Tripps der letzten Jahre. Franks Unterkunft war unglaublich schön, einfach alles perfekt. Jeder hatte genug Platz. Die Möbel und die Einrichtung sind wirklich schön. Außerdem eine super Lage im Zentrum. Wir konnten jeden Tag zu Fuß überall hinlaufen oder wenn wir wollten auch die Tram nehmen. Die kommt alle 3 Minuten was echt super ist. Der Abholservice von Frank am Flughafen funktioniert super. Einfach alles perfekt und echt günstig. Danke

great beautiful space - perfect for groups

We are from Spain and came for a wedding. It was hard to find the perfect location for all our friends. We wanted to be together and also we wanted to be central. Franks place is the best solution for it. Beside all this its absolutly stylish and very big. We loved the style and wooden floors and high ceiling and paid much less then in any Budapest Hotel. It was perfect for all our friends and family to stay together and have a great time and a great wedding. The pick up from airport was also great and helped a lot for arrival. Thanks

amazing solution for groups or large family

We came here with 16 guests and it was great. The best trip we all had together ever. We do trips every year with our old friends who live now elsewhere in Europe. From the budget it was the best and also from the space we rent out for it. We got a quality we could not have paid for in England, France, Germany or Italy. Just amazing. Also the host organized pick up from airport and gave us all infos for great restaurants and thermal bathes. We would have liked to stay much longer, but after 4 days we needed to go home. Thanks a lot Frank
