Whether you're curling up with a good book, watching a movie or just need a place to relax after enjoying Milwaukee’s nightlife, this is your retreat to unwind and recharge. We had a great stay in this bungalow - it felt like it had a lot of Milwaukee history but was also complete with all the modern amenities you would need. Everything was thought of. We enjoyed cooking dinner and listening to the LPs. Easy off street parking, a comfy bed, and cute decor. It's clear that this place is very well loved. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying here and I can’t recommend it enough! The owners are so thoughtful and have left little treats or things for us each time we’ve stayed. They have everything you might need and then some, making it feel like home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

This house is top notch! Very cozy house, very clean, old style feel but all the essentials and great location. Host thought everything you need and some. I would definitely come back and stay at this house.

This truly is a charming bungalow! They have thought of every amenity that you could want and the home is just very warm and inviting. From the off street parking to the comfort of the mattresses, you can't go wrong here. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! House was spacious, clean, comfortable, and totally cute with lots of unexpected touches that made our very short stay really fun for us and our two young kids. Easy access to the cool Bay View neighborhood and also downtown Milwaukee. So glad we visited.
Bright, comfortable space.
Kids loved the games, adults loved the record player, everyone loved the comfy seating.

This house was perfect! The host thought of everything that we could possibly need. Everything was well labeled and the decor was super cute! My entire family really enjoyed our time there. And it was an easy 10 minute drive to all the things we wanted to see and do! We would stay here again!

My small family of 3 stayed in this lovely house for 6 nights in July. We were in Milwaukee so my son could compete in Fencing Nationals, which were held at the Baird Center all week. This was the perfect home base for us to drive 10 minutes back to downtown Milwaukee and back every day. The house was so charming in its arts and crafts decor, throwback kitchen with all the modern amenities except a dishwasher (we didn’t miss it). We truly felt like we were at home with everything that we could possibly need to make any meal or to feel comfortable sleeping/lounging/eating. Also, it was hot and humid outside, but the AC kept us cool. Robin was also an excellent host who responded quickly to communications and helped us out when we needed it. I had forgotten that the listing requests that we notify the host if we were planning on using the washer and dryer, which are in the basement and is locked if visitors do not need it. Robin accommodated us quickly while we were out and I was surprised to find that every kind of laundry cleaning product that I could think of needing was provided. This was SO helpful, as my son’s fencing clothes got so sweaty every day. (2) My son left behind something small but important. Robin found it before we even missed it and notified us immediately. We were catching a flight, so she very kindly went through the trouble of shipping it to us. We are so grateful. Robin and her home are 10/10!!

Everything we could want. We played more “bopit “ than we could ever imagine lol! Very clean, easy walking to a couple nice restaurants, coffee shops.

Our first time staying here. Excellent overall experience! Clean, organized, everything labeled, great communication, close to many things but in neighborhood area. Games, old records to play (the coolest)! Mints and small candies supplied (however, we recommended more Mr. Good bars)! Great place and recommend without concern! EB

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming property! The home is full of character, with beautiful wood details that add so much warmth and personality. The hosts provided very clear instructions, including a helpful little guide that made it easy to find everything we needed—from utensils to amenities.We especially appreciated the thoughtful personal touches like Q-tips, face pads, and an abundance of soft towels. Each bedroom had a vanity with mirrors, which was such a nice detail for getting ready. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows to choose from for a great night’s sleep.There was a full-sized fridge, a great selection of games, and lots of coasters throughout the home—something small but surprisingly appreciated! Every detail was clearly thought out to make the stay comfortable and relaxing.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared getaway!

A perfect jaunt back in time with all the modern comforts.

What a perfectly peaceful and cozy home in the midst of bustling Milwaukee. As an overnight stay on an antiquing trip, this could not have been more perfect. The Arts and Craft feel of this home is sublime, from the glow of the stained glass windows and the stained wood archways to the farm sink and glass front cabinets. But make no mistake, vintage does not mean without comfort. Everything we could possibly want or need was at our fingertips. This is the most well appointed VRBO I have ever stayed in. Looking for excuses to go back to Milwaukee and enjoy it again.
