The property features two separate units, perfect for families or groups seeking both privacy and shared spaces. The main 1,192 sq ft one-story unit includes two cozy bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a luxurious full bath with a shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The upper-level 900 sq ft studio comes complete with a full bath, kitchenette, dining space, workspace, queen bed, queen daybed, and a private balcony with sweeping ocean views.



Outside, enjoy the nearly 0.5-acre backyard perfect for outdoor activities, or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. The garage houses fun activities like table tennis and foosball, adding to the entertainment options. And while there's no direct beach access, you're just minutes away from nearby beaches where you can enjoy a day by the water.

Do not play or climb over the fence surrounding the property.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire space.We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.



Other Things to Note:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
