Parking is convenient with one dedicated parking space located behind the house. This parking area is shared with one other unit. Additionally, there is ample free street parking available for any additional vehicles.

You'll also have access to both the front and back yards, perfect for enjoying some fresh air or relaxing in the natural surroundings. The back yard and fire pit is shared with the other unit nestled in the very back nicely separated by trees and vegetation.
