Very impressed with our stay, quaint little neighborhood and very good communication with the owner. Only issue was with the tv sound going in and out but otherwise a really nice home to stay in!

Lovely weekend visit with family

We loved this home - loved the decor and outdoor spaces. Pretty residential area and close to restaurants and Beltline. Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in… we felt at home. This home was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Our host, Brandy, wasWonderful.

Awesome Atlanta

We loved our stay here! The property was beautiful and decorated so tastefully! It was close to everything we needed and we easily walked to the Beltline, the coffee shop, restaurants and Publix’s. Check-in was seamless and the home was so comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating and kind. We would definitely recommend this property!!!

We loved the home! The check in and out was simple, location was central to a lot of fun locations, and the host made sure the house was clean & included everything we would need & then some! We hope to be back again soon. Thank you!

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing\. The house had a strong, unpleasant smell from the moment we arrived\. We even went to Kroger and purchased air freshener, but the odor remained and made it difficult to sleep comfortably\.The bed was extremely noisy and made loud sounds every time we turned or moved during the night\. The outside of the property also needed more attention\. The front area was dirty, there was a ladder left outside, and the backyard had a lot of leaves and debris and appeared to need pressure washing\.Parking was another major issue\. There was no designated parking space, and the available parking was very tight\. We also were not provided with enough towels for our stay\.Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, especially when it came to cleanliness, comfort, and basic accommodations\. We hope the owner addresses these issues for future guests

We’re disappointed by this review, as the claims are simply not accurate, and we want future guests to have the full context. During his stay, the guest called me about difficulty maneuvering in the driveway. The parking area accommodates 4 vehicles, but we limit it to 3 for guests’ comfort. At the time, only 2 vehicles were parked in the back. During our conversation, I learned he was driving a seven-passenger van. I asked him not to drive onto the lawn if he needed additional room to maneuver, but later we found tire tracks throughout the yard. Our check-in instructions and house manual clearly explain that the driveway and parking area are shared. During the same call, he asked why another vehicle was parked there, despite this information being provided in the instructions. None of the other concerns mentioned in his review were ever brought to my attention during that conversation. The reservation was for 4 guests, and our housekeeper actually left six complete sets of towels, so we provided more than enough for the reservation. No towel shortage was mentioned during his stay. There was no odor issue in the home, and the lawn is professionally serviced every two weeks. While we take pride in maintaining the yard, it is not realistic to expect every leaf to be removed between scheduled services. We’re always happy to address legitimate concerns when they’re brought to our attention, but we believe prospective guests deserve accurate context when evaluating reviews.

We were in town for a wedding in Grant Park. The location was perfect and convenient to everything. Spacious, clean, beautiful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks Brandy!!

Dope Esthetics

We had an amazing time at this home! We hosted a girls night and a brunch FOR MY 40th birthday and the integrated sound system gave us life! Brandy was the GOAT when it came to communication and accommodations. The home LITERALLY had all that we needed. I know somebody is cook because the seasonings were seasoning lol. I would definitely recommend as well as book again. Thank you for EVERYTHING
