Walk to Centennial Park concerts, Sunrise Park, bike rentals, the boardwalk, and stunning sunsets—perfect for a relaxed, elevated beach getaway.

A Note on the Property
The host lives on property in a separate apartment with her dogs and services the pool during early mornings and after pool closing to ensure the pool is clean and ready for guest use. Outdoor spaces have been thoughtfully divided to maintain complete privacy, and the pool and yard are for your exclusive use only. Please note that although we ask that guests please walk their dogs to potty, that rule is not always followed. We do our best to maintain the yard, but as this is a dog friendly property wear and tear is inevitable over the course of the season.

This home is intended for family vacations. No events or parties are permitted.

House Rules & Important Policies
These guidelines are based on prior hosting experience and are intended to protect the guests, the home, and neighborhood. By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all rules listed below.

Occupancy & Conduct
• No parties or events are permitted. Hosting a party or event will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
• The Booking Account Holder, minimum age of 25, must be present for the duration of the stay.
• Registered guests only. Please book for the correct number of guests.
· This home is intended for family and respectful vacation use, not party groups.

Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, per Wildwood Crest ordinance.
Security
• There are external security cameras for safety reasons; one located at the front door, and another overlooking the pool.

Smoking & Fire Safety
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or marijuana only on the front porch.

Windows & Climate
• Windows and door screens must remain closed at all times. The home is climate-controlled with central air conditioning for optimal comfort during the summer season.

Bedrooms & Linens
• White bath towels are not to be taken to the beach or pool. Please use only beach/pool towels provided.
• Self-tanning products may not be used in showers or on bedding used with towels. Staining in the shower or on linens will result in a $100 fine.


Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Pool Depth is 3.5 feet to 5.5 feet deep.
Pool maintenance is done between guest visits to ensure a clean pool welcomes you. The owner runs an electric robotic pool cleaner after hours.
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please observe the following rules during your stay:
General Safety
• No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No diving into pool.

Pool Use
• Pool access is limited to registered guests only.
• No parties or events are permitted in the pool area.
• No pets are permitted in the pool.
