Welcome to the Sunset Bungalows - the perfect place to relax after enjoying all that Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer. The Bungalows consist of 3 separate homes - Big Blue, Lil' Green and Peach Pad and a shared pool area. This listing is for Big Blue. You and your guests will have private access to Big Blue, shared access to the pool area and your own parking spot

On arrival, guests will be greeted by the large front porch of Big Blue - a coastal-themed 2/1 home. The open floor plan of Big Blue's kitchen and living room create a perfect space for families and friends to gather, and the bathroom features a wet area with rain head shower and freestanding bathtub. The back door of Big Blue leads to a large back deck, complete with an outdoor dining table and chairs, that overlooks the large fully-fenced common area of the Sunset Bungalows.

The paved common area is nestled behind Big Blue and between the front entrance of Lil' Green and Peach Pad. The common area consists of a pool, loungers and BBQ. The common area can be accessed via the back door of Big Blue or the entry gate next to the parking lot at the front of the property.

Lil' Green is a 50's themed studio complete with retro-fit appliances, record player and other amenities to fit the era situated to the east of the pool. Peach Pad is a cabin themed studio donning exposed wood accents and a vaulted ceiling situated to the west of the pool.

On site, guests can enjoy relaxing in the pool, lounging in the sun, or firing up the grill for an outdoor meal pool-side. Rainy day? No problem! Guests can relax inside by playing board games, cards, or watching TV on one of the several TVs on the property - each bedroom and living area is equipped with its own TV.

Each kitchen features new appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and other goodies, including a Nespresso machine (pods included) and tea kettle (tea included). All beds are queen size with new luxury bedding, and each room includes a rollaway cot for additional sleeping. There are two washers and two dryers on the premises and each unit has one reserved parking space (up to 6 cars).
