After a fun day at the beach return to your vacation home and prepare for a fun evening out on Flagler Ave enjoying the many amazing local restaurants all within walking distance. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the comfort of heating and AC. Plus, there's a washing machine to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. We love the small town feel of NSB. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. This home is only available for 30 night stays due to a city ordinance

Esther Street

A small, comfortable cottage house on an alley street that meant little traffic. 2 blocks from Flagler Street and one block from the ocean. We LOVED the location. Well equipped. Two negatives: a very small backyard, and the need to go through the guest bedroom to access the only bathroom. That said, we have already reserved the house again for Feb and March 2026. Great little cottage in excellent location

We had a fantastic two-week stay at this VRBO rental in New Smyrna Beach despite the unseasonal low temperatures. The hosts were incredibly nice and communicated well throughout our stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better; it was just a short walk to the beach and close to Flagler Avenue with all its great restaurants, bars, and shops. The kitchen was well-equipped with a toaster, a toaster oven, and not one but two coffeemakers, which was a lovely touch. However, we did miss having a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable and clean, contributing to a restful stay. The only drawback was the single bathroom, which felt a bit tight for our needs. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this rental for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and convenience of New Smyrna Beach.
