Cheerful, Classic Florida Bungalow in New Smyrna Beach

This "Old Florida" bungalow was once a farm house built in 1937 on a horse farm. The farm is gone now, but the style and feel of the house is still there. Close to everything and centrally located, this peaceful property is ideal for people looking for a relaxing home away from home.

Enjoy the brand new appliances, new paint, roof and furniture. Sit in the 325 sq ft porch watching a 55inch TV, listening to the 4ft tall fountain surrounded by lush plants.

The space:

The house is newly painted, has a new roof, new front deck, newer windows, and a remodeled porch. Also included are all new upper-scale kitchen appliances and a brand new Samsung washer and dryer combo.

All furniture is either brand new, or sourced from the antique stores in the area. The two bedrooms are medium sized and large flat screen TVs and brand new Green Tea memory foam mattresses (super comfy!)

The house has three remote controlled A/C units- one in each bedroom, and one in the living room. They can turn the house into a meat locker on the hottest day if you wish!

The living room and dining area are relatively small but very functional with a ceiling fan and another large flatscreen smart TV.

The bathroom is a full bath with a tub, and all hot water is powered by a tankless heater for long showers.

It was my husband's and myself we are in our 60s . We was supposed to leave on Saturday morning and a stayed until Tuesday because of snow in the mountains that we didn't want to drive through. Ron the host was very accommodating. I would stay at one of their places again.

we absolutely love staying there. It was the cutest little house had all the amenities you couldn't eat. It was a great price and a great area only a couple miles from the beach from the strip.q I will be booking through them again for my next vacation. Plus, the owner was very sweet and understanding. Great people.

Great rental

The house was exactly as described and pictured. The decor was very eclectic and beautiful. The house had everything you needed and more. Comfy beds too. We enjoyed the large porch with relaxing furniture and tv. The location was excellent.

Great time at cozy cottage.

The cottage is exactly as stated by the host. It is older but has every thing you want. Kitchen was well equipt, bedrooms good size and comfortable. The side screen porch is great when the weather co-operates it is bright and cheerful. The property is clean and the area quiet. It's close to everything. There are only two things I can mention that someone wanting to lease might want to know. The living room is good for two, but very cozy for 3 or more. The property does not have central heat and air. Heat is space heaters and air is window type. This is noted in the listing We had a great time Jan. 2024 Host Ronnie responded quickly at booking and info on checkin. Thanks Ronnie for a great vacation.
