Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great cabin despite the sauna that kept tripping the reset button. There are some areas needing improvement. One of the plates had dried egg yolk on it and a glass had lip marks on it, prompting a full dish wash of everything. The car charge could be paid for you very minor expense that could be absorbed. Covering up the visible plumbing in the ceiling would be ideal for the overall ascetic. Dimmer switches please, it was all or nothing on some of the light fixtures. Bigger shower heads or multiple heads would be a nice addition. Blinds in the pool room for more privacy. Descriptions for the symbols on the AC/Heater remote needed. Faster fill spout for the soaking tub it takes 20m or so to fill. All in all the cabin and experience was good, these would be my suggestions. 10/10 would stay again. Customer service was outstanding.

It was perfect. My kid love it. So did my wife the instructions was nice and simple. The pool was fun along with the theater downstairs.Only downfall is it gets pretty warm upstairs.Not allow to adjust the thermostat by much.

I thought the sauna and pool were nice touches, but they helped our recovery perfectly from some strenuous hikes we did. I spent a lot of time soaking in the tub that overlooks the forest, as well. We saw some adolescent bear and some deer. Quite frankly, I didn't want to leave. It was out of the craziness of downtown, but close enough. I'll be back ❀.

Amazing Modern Cabin & Easy Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better cabin and location to both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Only issues was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so make sure to stop and get more. Also only one roll of paper towels. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. Just a cleansing bar and dish soap that was the size of hand sanitizers. All the dishes had to be rinsed off because of the dust on them. Also one of the split units didnt work because batteries in the remote were dead. Bathroom downstairs was super dirty, from baseboard, back of door, alot of dust!

Quick Weekend Getaway

Reviewer Comments: The home was really nice, not really much of a view of mountains, but it was nice to sit outside on the patio and have coffee in the mornings. Quiet area overall. One reason I gave it a 4 is that the master bed was extremely uncomfortable, no support what so ever and the bed linens felt like paper, pillows were flat and not comfortable, bedspread did not smell clean. Also, if you are traveling with young children or older adults keep in mind that the only other bedroom is down three flights of stairs and its also down by the pool entrance. Our grand daughter did not want to stay down there, LOL. We had some user issues with the pool alarm going in and out of the pool, it can be tricky to time it just right so the alarm does not go off. There are huge windows without blinds so if you like to sleep in just be aware of that. Kitchen had the basics, make sure to bring k-cups, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo and body wash as well as there was no bathroom essentials other then a few bars of soap. Wasp nest in living room ceiling. AC in master above sinks was leaking brown water all over the counters so we had to turn it off the AC is other areas worked well. Grill is in the front of the house by the entry and visible by all the neighbors so it's a bit awkward grilling your food while others are outside and around. Some of the windows were not cleaned very well. Would definitely visit Elk Springs again but now that we know the lay of the land would probably choose a different home just for better views etc.

The location is good, not too far to town but far enough away that you get that "cabin in the mountains" effect. The pool was great and so was the theater room. The Alta Maya cabin description was very accurate and the property was very nice, with easy access in a secure setting.The only items that in my opinion that need attention is the hot water setting, the water did not get very hot at all and trying to watch television from the king room bed is almost impossible due to the bed frame blocking half of the tv screen. Other than those two minor items, our stay was wonderful.

Incredible getaway

We are from Kansas City and could not wait to get to Gatlinburg to explore the sites, shops, trails. The cabin left us not wanting to leave! First of all, it’s beautiful! We used every aspect of the cabin and never felt like we had nothing to do! We did get out and explore, but were excited to return to our piece of paradise. I can’t say enough about our experience with this whole trip. On departure day, we contemplated staying longer. Unfortunately work schedules said otherwise. We will be back and are currently planning that trip!

Will Not Be Back

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Alta Maya cabin. We had several issues including black ants all over the kitchen, black mold all over the “rustic” kitchen island, the ac unit kept pouring water inside, pool had no chlorine, main shower has a full open window facing another cabin and the downstairs bathroom had urine soaked into the concrete all around the toilet. We have always stayed with Elk Springs Resorts and we will not be back. For the price we paid for this cabin, this was all unacceptable.We did email the issues (minus the mold which we realized after it was sent) and they responded quickly that they would relay the info to the appropriate personnel. They also sent someone to fix the AC unit which they did not fix because it started pouring water again after we ran it. When we saw the mold, we immediately emailed and never received a response.
