I had a leaky sink, jets on tub cut on and off randomly before we ever attempted to use it. the sauna never got hot at all, and ceiling fan in bedroom was very squeaky.

We did have to call customer service with an issue getting the door locked, but they were very friendly and helpful. Explained what we needed to do to get the doors locked and made sure we got everything locked before hanging up. We even received a call mid-stay from management to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well with our stay. I would definitely recommend these cabins to anyone looking for a nice romantic couples getaway or a large family vacation!!!

The indoor pool and sauna were perfect. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. We loved sitting out back drinking coffee in the morning with a gorgeous view. We should have stayed more than 2 days! Will definitely be back. Absolutely loved this place!

Hubby’s birthday trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our check-in delayed due to the cleaners not being on schedule. When we arrived it was dark. We did our shopping for the week came back & went to bed. The next morning we realized the place was dirty (dry urine on the front of the toilet, food on dishes sticky floors), the gaming devise didn’t work, the pool fountain wasn’t working properly causing a slimy green material the maintenance team called copper patina from the cleansing system, but I called algae.; as patina doesn’t come off on your fingers as green slime. After being hung up on by cust svc and having an entire day of maintenance in & out of the cabin evaluating the pool, & many tears, they agreed to move us to a different cabin. It ended well, but a very difficult & combative missed day! The customer isn’t always right here.

The cabin had so many views and things to do and WOW the outside fireplace and gazebo are a must to take time to just relax, rewind and revive. The pool was fun but note it’s not heated. 😂. Elk Springs Resort for the win yet again! They have never failed us with any cabin we have stayed in!!

Don't waste your time here....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Won't return to this cabin or utilize Elk Springs Resorts Cabin Rentals ever again. Cabin is small and uncomfortable, pool is useless. Elk Springs offered us a 3 o'clock checkin then delayed us by over an hour and a half. Maintenance showed up on day two interrupting our massages that we had scheduled. Nevermind that we did not request maintenance for anything. Neighbors were loud to the point we could hear them over our tv. Elk Springs refuses to accept responsibility for any issue.

Everything was top notch in the new designed cabin. On our stay we enjoyed the Christmas Lights at Dollywood. As always we dined at the Alamo Steakhouse. Our new favorite was the Blue Moose in Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be back!

My only complaint was the front door didn't click and close securely without locking it. The door actually came open while I was gone and I assumed the wind pushed it open but I was for sure I had locked the door. The sauna wasn't available due to needing a part. Was a little disappointed about that but, I understand things happen. Overall, I really loved the cabin and will definitely book this one again

Perfect Cozy Honeymoon

The cabin was clean and was stocked with all the necessary items you would need to cook, wash dishes and clean your clothes during your stay. The location was close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas which was great for us being new to Tennessee, and wanting to visit new places. Overall, the cabin was wonderful and the staff was attentive if we had any questions. We definitely want to stay at an L Elk Springs resort in the future!

Very disappointed with our stay

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at the Urban Cowboy for our 6 year wedding anniversary and were very disappointed. This cabin is having maintenance issues, the shower had standing water it, the sinks in the bedroom and kitchen barely drain. The tub was dirty, my wife actually cleaned it before using it. The pool was dirty with dead bugs in it and the water felt slimy. We’ve stayed here before when we first got married for our honeymoon and didn’t have these issues. But this time around, not so good!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was great, loved the accessories and thee cabin itself. It was clean and comfortable and the customer service was great. Only thing we didnt enjoy was the pool. The pool was a weird temperature and it wasn’t clean. There was bugs in it and the water just felt gross.

Extremly Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The esthetics of the cabin were beautiful however, I was disappointed that the floors were apparently not cleaned. There was long blonde hair in the kitchen, game room, bathroom, and loft area. There was also hair in the refrigerator. In addition, the pool was not clean. There were bugs and dirt floating in it. The bedding had a strong odor so I had to wash the sheets and blanket. When I removed the pillowcases from the pillows, there were stains on most of them. The mattress was sunken in and very uncomfortable. Maintenance was called because when we turned on the fireplace in the living room, we smelled gas. When I called to report the gas odor, I was asked is it unbearable? A gas leak is an emergency. We were unable to enjoy some of the amenities which was really disappointing. The main reason we chose the cabin was because of the indoor pool. The fact that it was not cleaned and maintained properly was unacceptable and we would not recommend this cabin for these reasons.

The pictures are accurate but do not do this property justice - it is even more beautiful in person!
