We had a pretty good experience overall! The property was clean, cozy, and matched the listing well. Communication with the host was smooth and timely. The only downside was that one of the dining chairs broke while I was sitting on it, which was a bit startling but I let the host know right away. Aside from that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely consider staying again!

Coastal Oasis

The house has been totally redone and is beautiful and functional. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was updated, nice and functional. The neighborhood is undergoing renovation and revitalization. That being said, the neighborhood is a little sketchy. I never felt unsafe and would stay here again.

Great Lil House in Moss Point

This property was one street off of the main road. Easy access in and out of Moss Point. This place is VERY clean! Beds are super comfy and there is plenty of room! Bathroom is also exceptionally clean and has everything you need. Kristen left us a little bottle of wine, which we sipped as we sat on the front porch swing. Only think is I wish it had had a coffee table to sit my things on and an extra night stand. Other than that it was perfect! If you need a place to stay in Moss Point this is the perfect place!

Their way or the highway - but we are sure happy to see you!

I made two requests: please don't use fragrances or cleaning products with fragrances to clean and do laundry. And I would pay extra for the cleaning agents and detergents with no fragrances. NOPE. Can you please change the code on the electric lock and/or supply the key for the deadbolt so I can have more security. NOPE. But that's not safe. OK we might consider this in the future. Please don't spray insecticide before my arrival. NOPE: We spray every 3 months.I have to confess that they did say maybe you shouldn't stay with us if you are worried about some of these things but I saw that reponse too late and couldn't get out of my commitment without forfeiting most and then all of the money I paid. But how much effort would it have taken to have bought some other cleaning solutions that I PAID FOR and use those instead! Or to change the code on the door to a new code for more security!Now the place was very clean and neat. And the picture shows a nice small house that is surrounded by a large green field and nothing else. But it does not show the industrial storage yard directly across the street and the very busy street just beyond that. Or the railroad tracks.So if you don't mind:1) all teflon coated cookware, no toaster, fragrance that permeates everything, noisy street, nighttrains, a shared entrance code, a wifi router beside your bed, a host that doesn't want to be texted for complaints but a place that is clean & neat, then this is the place for you
