Take in the peaceful natural surroundings from this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath end-unit ground floor condo on the north edge of Canyon View at Ventana. Birds and wildlife abound in the private natural spaces surrounding this unit. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the spacious patio with mountain views and a sanctuary created by desert trees and natural boulders. 3rd bedroom is a perfect office/den with futon & desk. New kitchen appliances and all you need for a comfortable extended stay.

Canyon View at Ventana is the renowned condo community in the Catalina Foothills, seated directly in front of Ventana Canyon itself and directly next to Lowe's Ventana Canyon Resort with it's 2 Fazio-designed golf courses and acclaimed restaurants. Canyon View at Ventana boasts its own private access gate to the Ventana Canyon hiking trail, and is only a few minutes drive from Sabino Canyon.

Quiet condo complex. Unit is conveniently located half way between both pools. Pools were sparsely used while we were here so we rarely shared the space with others. Husband enjoyed the golf courses he played in the area. Host is very responsive and accomodating.

Spring hiking trip

Great property and great location! We could hike out the Ventana canyon trail behind the condo complex or drive a few minutes to the Sabino canyon trails, and come back and soak in the hot tub in the complex. Restaurants and shops were only a short drive away too.

Private and serene

This little corner of heaven was the quiet, relaxing getaway that I needed. The view, birds and beautiful decor and scenery made for a true haven in this beautiful part of Tucson. I cannot wait to return to this condo and the wonderful hospitality provided.

Great place to enjoy Tucson

Really enjoyed this condo, it’s big, has everything we needed and the complex is very nice. We were visiting our kids and grandkids and it made a perfect home base. Saw lots of wildlife from the back porch. Very nice neighbors and nice people in the complex. We hope to be back in a couple of months and will stay here again.

Paradise in Tucson

This is my second time staying at this condo. It’s by far my favorite VRBO, and I travel a lot. It is immaculately clean, very comfortable, beautiful, and the location is a really amazing spot. The private corner location feels so peaceful and yet one can enjoy all of the excellent amenities of Canyon View. Lore is a fantastic host as well. Can’t wait to come back.

Catalina Foothills

The condo is in a beautiful location with hiking trails and wildlife very nearby. We had a lovely time. The condo is just as described, very clean and comfortable. I loved the coffee maker 
 may have to buy one. We enjoyed the pool and the spa which are a short walk away. Lore was an excellent host. I would stay here again.

Amazing location! Clean and beautiful

Absolutely loved my stay here! Hiking, birding and relaxing was the goal on this trip and this was the perfect spot. The location is amazing. Started my mornings hiking Ventana using the private trail gate and ended the day with a glass of wine on the patio, enjoying the monsoons. Fabulous! The pool is beautiful, too (I went to the one closest to the unit but there are two). Condo itself is super clean, tastefully appointed and the master bed was soooo comfortable. Thanks Lore for a beyond perfect stay!

Dream Homebase for desert adventures

We had an amazing week at Lore's place. Excellent host, amazing location, comfortable and well equipped condo. We ate every meal on the lovely patio with the birds and even saw a bobcat stroll past the living room window! We used the pool and the trail every day, and we really felt like we had a true desert experience. The condo was particularly well suited to us and our two young kids (4 and 9).

Everything about the condo was amazing but we had a problem with gnats. They were everywhere and even got into our luggage. The owner told us we may see a few but it was a manifestation.

My favorite VRBO

Just checked out of this gem and was sad to leave. Perfect spot facing the mountains with nice porch that felt very private. Such a nice view from porch. Saw bobcat and javelinas and loved seeing the boulders, trees and mountains. Condo is very roomy. We have stayed in this complex before and absolutely love it. This is our favorite unit so far, large and with a really nice kitchen and location. Tasteful furnishings and good mattresses. Lore you will be hearing from me soon to plan our next stay.

Perfect place

Perfect place. We didn’t want to leave. I enjoyed use of the gym and my wife and I both hiked Ventana trail. My wife loved listening to the birds on the patio. Was glad to have the Keurig for me while the wife used the drip coffee maker for her favorite coffee. Stunning part of town. Very nicely landscaped neighborhood with desert vegetation and excellent views everywhere. Lore was very welcoming and kind when we asked her to help us remember a restaurant we had eaten at several years ago
 She knew exactly the one we were thinking of! We highly recommend this property.

LOOK NO FURTHER!

What a wonderful place to stay at. Lore provided all the amenities and more! I was very impressed with the whole process from checking in to checking out. Lore was very accommodating. I ordinarily booked the wrong weekend but as soon as I contacted Lore with my mistake she switched us over to the correct weekend (we were lucky, it was still available). So for all my fellow travelers that are looking to stay in a short term rental, this is it! Look no further! I promise, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Lore!!!

Wonderful Arizona Retreat

This was such a wonderful Christmas retreat to the Catalina foothills of Tucson. This private property is tucked up next to stunning Ventana Canyon with sufficient space to relax, cook, hike, shop and enjoy a quieter side of Arizona. The big picture windows made you feel like you were in the natural cactus landscape. This condo took care of all of our needs - I cooked chicken tetrazinni and had everything I needed. I loved the cozy, charming feel of this home away from home throughout our stay. We also trekked back into Sabino Canyon as well as drove up to Mt Lemmon. This condo's location made it super easy to quickly access these adventures into the Catalina Mountains. I will come back! So great! Super blessed to enjoy Ms. Denny's property. Thank you!

It's the most prestigious condo community in Tucson, nestled right up to the Catalina mountains and in the upscale Catalina Foothills neighborhood. This particular community has its own private Ventana Canyon hiking trail entrance, 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 clubhouses, a gym, tennis and pickleball court and beautiful landscaping! It's 5 minutes from shopping and Sabino Canyon, and only 20 minutes to the University. Couldn't be more perfect!

This is a private, corner end unit on the northern border of the community, so the patio faces the mountains with beautiful tree and boulder surroundings full of wildlife. You won't get any parking lot or building views from the patio like you would in most other units in this community.
