Nous avons redonné vie au camp avec un charme moderne et rustique. Il a été entièrement rénové en 2016. Il est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade romantique ou des vacances en famille. Cette maison a beaucoup de façade sur le lac, un quai et un palan. Il y a un patio pour les repas et un feu de camp. Il y a un dortoir qui a 2 lits jumeaux. Cette maison comprend une cuisine, une salle à manger et un salon, une salle de bain, un lit queen-size, un lit double, deux lits jumeaux (lits superposés), une aire de pique-nique pour un porche couvert, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge. Il y a une cour pour les tentes (vous devez apporter). Le camp est situé à 5 km sur une route privée peu passante. La route est très familiale et est un endroit idéal pour marcher, faire du jogging ou du vélo. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking! Profitez des couchers de soleil et des soirées autour d'un feu de camp. Au camp, il y a une chaloupe et un pédalo! Un camp ami des animaux.
Point State Park Long est 5 miles au nord de la propriété. La ville d'Aurora est un lieu pittoresque situé à un kilomètre et demi de Long Point. La ville comprend Mackenzie Childs, le bar-grill Fargo, le Well's College et l'Aurora Inn. Les villes les plus proches sont Ithaca et Auburn, NY (environ 45 minutes). La région des Finger Lakes est connue pour ses vignobles et ses sentiers de fromages. Planifiez une excursion d'une journée pour vous arrêter à quelques-uns! Le casino DeLago est à 40 minutes.

Dated but very cozy, new fixtures in bath and kitchen. Generous sized bathroom. Right on the lake with access to private pier, boat and lots of extras for water fun. Fire pit and gorgeous sunsets Christina was very helpful too!

Very well appointed. Provided more than I was expecting in the way of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Property was homey and inviting. Beds were comfortable.

Thank you for the review, was there anything else? The private road ( I own a 110 ft piece) and is listed in my advertisement. The road is repaired by the Road Association. It is a private road ( my section is paved). There are over 100 parcels on the lake front, each privately owned and bad areas managed by the Association. In addition, this was rented pre-season (spring), I take this (road) in consideration for the rate. In addition with the 3.5 mile ride, 50% paved by single owners. The other areas are stone/gravel/dirt. We have had a significant amount of rain this year, not much one can do about the rain), thus the gravel areas have developed pot holes from the rain. It is a 10 mph road or less and is passable, ability to avoid the potholes, when abiding to the speed limit. Unfortunately, this is out of my control, the Association is aware. Summer is usually better as far as the road but depends on “rain”, and as mentioned must follow the 10 mph or less rule. We hope you enjoyed the house as you did not mention any problems at the camp. Guys fishing trip

The house was clean ,but maybe they could clean the porch off because that's where the guys spent most of their time when they weren't fishing, carpet bad on porch. Overall they had a great stay caught lots of fish and booked it for next year.

Thank you for your review. We plan to replace the carpet on the steps. Glad they were able to use the hoist and catch fish! The throw rug is an indoor/outdoor carpet, the porch is just a roof over a cement pad. Helpful if rainy.

Beautiful relaxing vacation

Everything about this trip was seamless, easy & relaxing. The camp was perfect fit for my husband and I. The lakeview is breathtaking, easy to lose time sitting outside drinking coffee and reading a book. The property owner is quick with communication, and friendly to work with. We brought all our groceries and made use of the grill and kitchen, which has everything you can need to make a meal. I recommend doing the same if you plan to just relax. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

Cayuga Lake Dream

This Honoco Rd lake camp was ideal. The beds and pillows Sooo comfy , the kitchen bath and living area were just right ! Absolutely Stunning sunset views , the outside space is wonderful with picnic table for dining and covered patio for gathering , below the lovely hostas and flowers is another concrete area for sunbathing and steps to the water off of the long dock. It is peaceful , private and just perfect , I did not want to leave . Christina was always attentive and responded within minutes to answer any questions . I give it 10 stars !! J.Maggos

First of all, the owners are very kind and the neighbors in the surrounding houses were all very friendly. The owners live next door if that's something you do not prefer. Essentially you get what you pay for. I was just looking for access to the water and that's what I got. At this price per night I wasn't expecting much and it pretty much lined up with what I expected. If you don't like spiders, this rental is not for you. Everything is essentially a hand me down. The unit could use a deep clean and a coat of paint, but hey the price was right. Christina went out of her way to make me feel welcome. The location is a bit of an inconvenience. Don't expect to easily leave once you are there. If you want to go out and about exploring every day, this isn't the rental for you. It takes roughly 22 minutes to get off the private road which is 10mph. The quickest round trip anywhere will take you an hour. Being near the end of a private road is a blessing and a curse. It was very quiet, but a small pain. I had no intention to leave so it was fine for me.All in all, I enjoyed my visit. Just wish there were less cobwebs.

Great place once you get there!

I have absolutely no complaints about the property. It was immaculately clean, warm and very welcoming. You cannot beat the location right on the lake. The added features of the Paddle Boat and Kayaks is enticing. I only have 1 negative thing to say. The property is down on a private road, which it seems like this is the only property on the private road. NO, there are hundreds of other houses on this dirt road and you pass before you get to it. I wish I had known about this before I signed up for staying. Christina is a GREAT host none the less!!!

September visit

Nice getaway. Disappointed we didn’t know it wasn’t recommended to leave in the water after Labor Day and we went end of September. Whole purpose of trip was to go out on boat. 25 minute drive out the road was inconvenient to put boat in and out even though hostess had a place to keep boat. But we had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful view and covered patio and fire pit.

Thank you for staying. Renters are able to us hoist Memorial thru Labor Day. Water level permitting. Must contact owners about size and type of boat ( no pontoons). The benefits of being 3.5 miles down a 4 mile dead end private road is privacy. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Lakeside Retreat

It was a wonderful retreat with beautiful views all day (sunsets were amazing!). We stayed at the property for the entire weekend due to the 3.5 miles of 10 mph dirt road and really enjoyed the water and views from the patio. It is a nice walking area as well - a good distance and some great fossils at the bottom of the cliffs.

Location, location, location

We had a wonderful time on the lake. You couldn’t get closer without being in it! Views were wonderful. Evenings sitting outside enjoying the sunsets we’re so relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We certainly had everything we needed to make our stay very relaxing. Wifi worked well when needed and tv reception was great except for the last night when a major storm took out the internet. We went to sleep listening to the rain - hard to beat!

Truly lovely!

Really gorgeous little home that is well furnished, comfortable, and the waterfront location can’t be beat! It was the perfect spot for a quarantine getaway. That 10mph is no joke though, so we didn’t do a lot of driving in the area, but we had everything we needed at home. Really kind and thoughtful host too! Would stay again!

If you have/obtain a fishing a license feel free to fish off the dock or take out the row boat. The entire property is free for you to roam. You will have access to the house, dock, lake and bunkhouse! The hoist is covered and accommodate boats up to 20 ft. The sunsets are priceless!
