This was a lovely home and perfect for our stay! Access was very simple. once inside it was quite cold but the heater warmed up the home very quickly. Lots of convenient appliances for use. Clean restroom with hot shower and clean bed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for two people and a small dog! The location was perfect; it was close to Garden of the Gods and near the highway for a quick drive to Pikes Peak and other attractions. The place had everything we needed!

Place was neat and clean. Had an issue that the AC unit caused the breaker to blow, but they quickly reset it for us. It worked perfectly as a base camp for our hikes.

Great Little House in a Great Location

This was the perfect little house for our brief stay in Manitou Springs to hike the incline. We weren’t at the house but to sleep but it was clean, comfortable and so convenient to everything we wanted to do.

The Tiny House was the perfect place for our two day stay in Colorado Springs. The location near Garden of the Gods and the Red Rocks Open Area were perfect for exploring some great trails with our dog. And the house was packed with so many super nice and convenient touches - fully stocked kitchen, huge smart TV, and really quiet and comfortable sleeping area. Highly recommend if you're every staying in the area.

there was no way to activate the garbage disposal, so the sink drained slowly in the kitchen. otherwise it was a fine little cabin as advertised convenient location to garden of the gods and pikes peak.

Manitou Springs with our dogs

We had a great stay! Very cute and clean. A nice view of pikes peak when you walk out of the front door. Great location if you are looking to be close to manitou springs and old Colorado city. We were less than 5 minutes away from both! Would stay here again!

Adorable tiny home

We really enjoyed staying in this tiny home. It had everything we needed and then some close to the mountains right near Garden of the gods very clean open updated I highly recommend it.

Terrific Tiny Home In Colorado Springs!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Britnee’s tiny home. The location cannot be beat; right outside of the Garden of the Gods which is beautiful and conveniently open until 10pm! Also close to Pikes Peak! The home had everything you need and more; extremely clean and perfect for a couple! Brittnee was a perfect host and extremely accessible! Loved it and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Will definitely be back! So do not hesitate; book now!

Fun weekend

Our stay last weekend was great host answered all the questions I had and suggested other options as well. Hot water wasn’t quite hot enough for girlfriends liking but we just turned it up in the closet then turned it back down after our visit. Overall it was a great stay!!

Colorado Springs Stay Over

The property is exactly as described yet I was still pleasantly surprised when I arrived! The Tiny House is perfect for a couple or a single travelers. Britnee is an outstanding host who communicates very well and responds to inquiries practically instantly!!! I really enjoyed staying at her property and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Colorado Spring area!!

Never Wanted a Tiny Home Till Now!!

This was the first place my Elijah and I stayed when we flew into Denver. Since check in wasn’t till 4, we had time to kill. The host sent the most amazing list of activities to keep us busy until check-in around Denver and communication was so impressive! Large bathroom and comfy couch along with bed. Had everything you needed and great start to our trip. (:

Wonderful weekend in the Springs!

Great location and tiny home for our wknd visit to Colorado College. Nice quality amenities , comfortable and quiet. We always use rental when traveling. Would have rated higher but never did connect to Internet, which was a bit of an issue. Also, small inconvenience blowing a fuse with coffeemaker and toaster. No big deal, Property manager came to our rescue on electric.

Freshly remodeled

Will stay here again. The place was clean and reasonably well stocked with the necessities of. There was a problem with the TV. As stated in the add the TV is setup for streaming. It appeared that the Roku was taken. I arrived late in the evening, reported the fact the TV was not working. The owner came shortly to discover the loss. This problem was resolved the next day. I felt the owner was quick to make this issue right.

The unit had not been cleaned when we arrived but apparently was cleaned while we were out the first day and we were refunded the cleaning fee. But what really ruined the experience was that the host knew before we arrived but didn’t tell us that the kitchen sink was clogged with grease and would hardly drain - like it took hours to drain. We purchased three days of food planning to fix our meals there. She knew in advance and never told us, waiting instead for us to find out and contact her. First, she said she needed pictures of the clogged sink to tell the plumber what the problem was. After I asked for the sink to be repaired, she said they had already tried snaking it out and it didn’t work so a plumber was already scheduled to do a major repair on the pipes that would involve getting into the wall. So she knew well before we arrived the sink wasn’t draining and would require a major repair. But she never let us know. So we cooked our food and let the sink fill, washed dishes as best we could and waited for it to drain - gross and frustrating. She did give us a 50% refund. The house itself was fine, great location, tv worked great, bathroom fine. But her willful withholding of the fact that the sink was clogged and having to work around that issue as we cooked our meals really diminished our experience at the house.
