Ce magnifique condo unique d'une chambre est situé à Residencias Reef. Cette communauté est une propriété en copropriété fermée de premier ordre. Le complexe est composé de quatre bâtiments bas de 3 étages. Les jardins sont assez grands pour se sentir spacieux, mais assez petits pour avoir cette sensation très spéciale 5 étoiles. Il y a une vue sur l'océan parfaitement orientée et une plage privée de plain-pied. Il y a deux piscines privées chauffées et un solarium sur le toit avec une douche extérieure pour se rafraîchir. Les jardins sont merveilleusement aménagés et très bien entretenus. La plage de sable blanc est parfaitement entretenue avec de nombreuses chaises longues et des palapas en chaume pour un mélange d'ombre et de soleil. Un quai de bateau offre un lieu de ramassage pratique pour faire de la plongée ou de la pêche. Un petit supplément peut s'appliquer aux clients utilisant la jetée.
Le condo est extrêmement bien aménagé avec un mobilier de qualité, des draps, des serviettes et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, casseroles et poêles et plus encore. Il y a des appels gratuits aux États-Unis, Internet et des programmes DishTV américains sur un téléviseur grand écran.
Un jacuzzi privé est situé sur la terrasse couverte donnant sur l'océan pour plus de plaisir. Il y a deux unités de climatisation dans le ventilateur de condo et de plafond.

À trois minutes de marche de la plage, vous trouverez plusieurs restaurants-bar-plage en bord de mer avec une gamme complète de sports nautiques, y compris des Sea-Doos, des voiliers et du parachute ascensionnel. Absolutely one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had, Thoughtfully decorated, absolutely spotless, it had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything a discerning chef might want. The king bed, was extremely comfortable, and nights were very quiet. The location is ideal with a good distance from the noise and frantic downtown Cozumel, safely watched over by very friendly, helpful staff at the well marked private entrance. The grounds and crystal clean pools, were perfect, and only a few steps to a private beach. my only regret providing this review is making it more difficult for us to get back to this little spot of heaven, and finding it available. I've been coming to Cozumel for many years, and I feel about this unit surpasses even The Landmark which is where we sometimes found what we were looking for.. at twice the price. Thanks for the owners of this gem, it's a reflection of exceptional care and great hospitality.

Highly recommend! Great condo and complex in south part of the island. The main pool and beach area were 5 star plus. Location was close to several popular activities. Communication from host and property manager was professional andhelpful.

I have rented several times from VRBO and at this resort. All I can say is the owners responded ASAP when we needed something which made us feel at home. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture, which is a plus for Mexico.

Perfect getaway

My stay was nothing short of fantastic! The access to scuba trips was easy. The condo grounds were very well kept. I enjoyed getting to know the local community and had many great meals where the locals eat away from the touristy places. I will be returning many times to this place !!

Annual warm water dive trip and first time to Cozumel. Casa Mar was fantastic, the best most stocked condo we have stayed at. Matt and Elizabeth were awesome and great communication. Dove with Dive with Martin and they picked us up every morning at the pier right by the condo. Plenty of places to eat close by.

Perfect Stay

Property was just as described. I can't tell you how much we LOVED the decor, art work, quality linens etc. The only thing I had trouble with was working the oven but that is because I don't own a convection oven. Great balcony and view. Definitely walk over to Dona Chely's for breakfast while staying there. If we visit Cozumel we would 100% stay at this property again.

Diver’s Delight

This unit is perfect for divers and non divers alike. The views of the water, sandy beach, and pools are outstanding. The unit comes well equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing get away. The owner, Ross, is great to with and responds to messages or questions very quickly. My son and I were absolutely thrilled with the property. I would recommend Residencias Reef and unit 8350 without hesitation. We will be back!

Plenty of space and a great tropical view

Of all of the places we've stayed through the years this one is our favorite. It's very clean and spacious. The Residencias Reef "resort" was just beautiful! And so well maintained. We were impressed with how well the rental was laid out with plenty of space. The Wifi worked well the whole time. The pool was very well maintained. The maid service cleaners were polite and thorough. The whole kitchen was well stocked. We felt very safe the entire time. We plan on returning to this specific rental again!

You will not be disappointed

Wonderful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. Very Very well provisioned. Plenty of room and storage. The whole complex is well maintained and is gated. Awesome beach that is groomed everyday. 2 pools that are great for taking a break from the beach. Good facilities. If your looking to visit Cozumel and want to be away from the hustle and bustle of town this is perfect. Always great communication from owner and manager. cleaning staff did an excellent job. Felt safe and secure and again just a great set up.

Residencias Reef is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Cozumel. The private beach is wonderful and relaxing. There is an incredible view of the ocean from the 3rd floor and the complex is located on the water. With 2 great heated pools to enjoy and access to private pier water sports are at your door. There are 2 rinse tanks by the main pool for divers and snorkelers plus we have our own on the Lanai. The grounds are beautiful, private and so peaceful. We purchased this condo in 2016 after discovering the amazing diving available at Cozumel. Now, after 10 years traveling to the island it truly is our 2nd home and we come to enjoy all the great things available on land or in the sea.

Fulvio manages this property and we do our best to make sure the property will exceed your expectations. To get your vacation started we leave coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and spices in the unit. We also leave paper products and cleaning supplies in the condo as well as a water cooler with plenty of drinking and cooking water for your stay.
There is a notebook in the condo with a list of helpful tips, our favorite restaurants and Island activities. We try to think of everything to make your stay a great one but if there is anything you need Fulvio and his staff are available to assist.

RR 8350 has one of the best views at Residencias reef and it is one of the best equipped condos available, if you might want it, we probably have it. We are continuously updating the condo to make sure it is the nicest one bedroom available. We have recently updated the Bed Set, Dining set, Shower with glass doors and a built in seat. The blinds are brand new and include full power on the ocean side and the option of full blackout or shear blinds in the bedroom. For all your beach activities we have a large drying rack and wet bar on the patio with a private rinse tank for your dive gear.
