Accueil a deux cuisines compl������tes et deux grands espaces de vie avec TV. Chaque niveau a des escaliers int��rieurs et extérieurs pour un acc��s facile. Attraper les brises de l'oc�����an avec deux porches d'��cran pleine grandeur un à chaque niveau sur le devant de la maison. Salles de bain partagées à chaque ����tage avec des combinaisons baignoire / douche. Il y a de grands espaces de bar dans les zones de cuisine à l'étage et en bas. WiF

Great House for our Family (8 adults & 4 littles)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a wonderful fit for our family. Each family had not only a bedroom, but a private bathroom. AND there was plenty of space for everyone to be together!!! It was a real plus for us to have a fridge on both levels as it saved multiple trips to the grocery store. As the washer and dryer are located on the first floor, I would recommend adding shelving to the upstairs laundry area to have pantry space. For a family like ours who cooked a lot, there is no good place for pantry items. The VERY short walk to the beach was a big bonus since all 4 of our grandkids are under 6.

There was plenty of seating on the two porches as well as for eating together inside the house. There are two full kitchens in the house but we only used the one on the upper level. It was nice to have an extra refrigerator downstairs to keep the drinks cold. There is no ice maker, but buying ice on the island is easy. There were a couple of upkeep items that needed attention but nothing major. We would stay at this house again on a return to IOP.

The house is updated and feels newly renovated. The two separate spaces were great for our crew of girls and we even had room for more. The house is spacious and has a great layout. We loved the two decks, one on each floor. The house is steps from the beach and a short uber ride to other parts of Charleston. I do recommend the early risers to sleep downstairs as you do hear the footsteps from the floor above. This house was great and I would definitely consider renting it again. The management company was great as well!
