When you drive up to the property and park, look down the street. Inhale deeply, take in the peacefulness of the vast desert landscape. Exhale, leave the worries of everyday life behind. Your vacation begins.
As you enter, youâll be greeted with a sense of HOME and COMFORT. We invite you to embrace your vacation fully and leave the chores behind. It is designed to help you spend quality time with your family and friends, and make it challenging for you to slip back into your everyday life. Recharge by connecting with yourself, your people, and the nature surrounding you.
Walking through the front door, youâll enter the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a view of the large backyard. In the living room, there are 2 comfortable leather couches, 55â Roku TV, couple of board games to pass the time and a Visitor's book, leave us a note. Dining area has a custom Lake Powell mural and bar height dining table which seats 4 and can extend to seat 6. There are 4 seats at the large kitchen peninsula.
In the kitchen, start your morning at the coffee bar with a variety of brews, teas, and hot chocolate (Seasonal Hot Cocoa bar is available November - February). Toast a bagel, then head out for adventure. We'd like to invite you to take a break from cooking and embrace your vacation fully by dining out or ordering in from nearby eateries. For those who absolutely insist on cooking (we tried!), weâve got you covered with basic utensils, pots, pans, a Crockpot, and even a spice collection. There's also a propane grill on the back patio. Enjoy the sizzle, grill and chill.
The laundry room, located just off the kitchen, is always open for easy access and improved airflow for the HVAC system. All the cabinets are used for storage and are locked. For spills and little messes, feel free to use the mop and bucket, or the broom and dustpan. Page gets very dusty, being in the middle of the desert, with common wind storms passing through. Thatâs why we placed a Tikom robot vacuum cleaner just under the shoe rack. One of the only âchoresâ we envision you doing is pressing the power button on and letting it take care of the rest.
Through the sliding glass door, youâll find a large, fully fenced backyard, perfect for your kids and pets to run around and play. Thereâs a grill, fire pit, storage bin with outdoor games and plenty of seating.
When you're ready to rest, there are plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations.
The spacious Master Bedroom #1 comfortably sleeps 4, featuring a King bed with a memory foam mattress and a Queen leather pull-out couch. For families with infants, there's a perfect nook to place a pack-n-play ( please bring your own ). Blackout roman shades will let you sleep in the morning and keep the room dark enough for the little ones to take an afternoon nap. For light sleepers we have sound machine. In the walk-in closet, you'll find everything needed for the sleeper couch, neatly stored in a clearly labeled bag, along with a Queen air mattress and its accompanying linens in another labeled storage bag. Included is a 55" Roku TV. The en suite bathroom features a quartz vanity with dual sinks and a spacious shower. A large storage cabinet is reserved for personal items and supplies, so its doors remain locked.
Bedroom #2 sleeps 2 on a King bed with memory foam mattress, has 55" Roku TV, closet with plenty of hangers and blackout thermal curtains. There's also a sleep sound machine.
Bedroom #3 sleeps 2 on a Queen bed with memory foam mattress. A stunning Horseshoe Bend mural creates a beautiful backdrop that brings the spirit of the Southwest indoors. We've also included blackout thermal curtains, 43" Roku TV, and a sleep sound machine. A desk with a chair and lamp create a private workspace for those who need to focus.
Guests in Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a nearby hallway bathroom, featuring a single sink marble vanity and a tub/shower combo.
For larger groups of up to 10, additional sleeping options include setting up the Queen air mattress in Bedroom #2 or the living room, and/or utilizing the 2 leather couches. If placing the air mattress in bedroom #2, please ensure the floor vent remains unobstructed for proper airflow.
For those traveling with boats, jet skis, 4-wheelers, RVs, or other toys, thereâs about 80 feet of parking right in front of the house. If you're traveling with a larger group and more toys, additional parking areas are available, just ask!

* No laundry list of chores before checkout. We ask that you leave the home in an orderly manner, but leave the cleaning to us.

* We understand that local tour schedules or flight times may make early check in or late check out more convenient. When our team's schedule allows, weâre happy to offer these for additional fee. Please contact us with the exact time you need and weâll do our best to accommodate.

During this time, no unauthorized guests or pets are allowed on the property. Please review your reservation to ensure all guests and pets staying on the property are accurately listed. Any additions must be made, and any applicable guest or pet fees paid, before check-in. Additional guest fees are charged per guest, per night. Pet fees are charged per stay.
To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following Pet Rules :
1. Advance notice - kindly notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet or service animal. This allows us to make any necessary preparations. It is also required by our insurance carrier to have a record of all dogs staying on property. There's a pet fee, assessed per stay, when making the reservation. You will be fined $200 per pet for any unauthorized and/or unregistered pets.
2. Animal behavior - your pet/service animal should be well behaved and non destructive. Please ensure that your animal is calm and does not cause any disturbances. Animals are not allowed on any furniture, indoors or outdoors. Your animal shall not be left unattended on premises without prior written approval. If approved, your animal shall be left indoors, in a medium size crate/kennel provided or you must bring your own suitable size crate if necessary. Crate is already set up for you. It is located in the living room.
3. Cleaning - You're responsible for cleaning up after your animal and keeping premises in sanitary conditions. We do not provide any poop bags or scoopers. We provide spray bottle with ODOBAN in it to maintain a pleasant and sanitary environment for all our guests. PLEASE SPRAY THE AREA EVERY TIME YOUR PET RELIEVES ITSELF ON THE TURF, ROCKS OR THE FENCE. You can find it in the cabinet under the kitchen sink along with other cleaning supplies. Any additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from your animal's actions will be solely your responsibility.
We appreciate your cooperation.
Tampering with or unplugging any of the exterior security cameras, Wifi router, leak detection sensors, open door sensors and alarms, X Sense, Sifely or Aqara Hubs, is grounds for immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
We understand that you might be celebrating a special occasion at our property, however, no glitter, confetti, silly strings or similar products are allowed inside or outside the property. We do not permit any third party Services or Experiences of any kind at this property.
By booking this property, or by being one of the guests participating in a confirmed reservation on this property, you agree to hold the owner(s), operator(s), and cohost harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, lawsuits, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever. I'm originally from Slovakia and been in the US since 2002. I'm a full time mom and vacation host. I've been hosting since 2019. Me and my family we love Page and surrounding areas, it has so much to offer, from the lake to all the National Parks within couple of hours drive.

Lenka & her mom traveled the Southwest extensively for years before meeting Dean. Page is reasonable driving distance from our home town so we can visit often. We love the lake and everything the area has to offer. It's so beautiful and so peaceful.

We love this property for its flexibility. It offers something for everyone. It can accommodate a small group up to 4 in the Guesthouse, larger group up to 10 in the Main house or a big group up to 14 when renting the whole compound. In every case, everyone has their own private living space and private backyard or can be combined all together. We also have parking for up to 4 boats and other toys when renting the whole compound which is very difficult to find in Page and very convenient for large groups with many trucks and toys.
