Great place conveniently located.

This is one of the places we stayed while traveling around California. Nice house with a cute backyard and a lemon tree.

We were booked and never told by the host that they cancelled the booking on the day of arrival at 7pm. When we were scheduled to check in at 3pm. Had too scramble for a place to stay.

Cozy rental

Everything was great. I just had to call owner for check in and to get code to open the door. House was clean apart from normal scuffs here and there. Great little rental. I would stay here again if needed.

Why are you asking for a review.

We were cancelled and refunded on the door step with NO support from VRBO rebooking. Something shady going on with web site as well, our booking was 4/11-0/10

Very disappointing

I reserved the property about 3 months before.I arrived at the city where the property was loaded I drive 7 hours from home, when I contacted the host for check in info. She said that the property wasn't available. No body informed me I had to rent a motel because it was hard to rent something affordable at last minute. I paid so much I haven't received my refund. I dont recommend thks property nor Vrbo.

CUTE HOME

We really enjoyed our stayed at this property, highly recommended . My girlfriend fell involved this 3 bedroom , check in was a little bit difficult for dome reason the door code just couldn't work . We connected the host and she gave us other instructions that work perfectly. The neighborhood was peaceful, one of the neighbors did have a few dogs that bark alot throughout the night for overall everything was perfect. Just as listed , we would definitely stay here again .people should give this property a chance because you wont leave feeling disappointed

a nightmare!

There was no stay! The house was double-booked. The host did not message me about this until my sister found the host's phone number and called the host. The host never responded to earlier questions I put on the VRBO website one week and several days before the scheduled arrival. This is criminal negligence! We spent about 4 hours on the arrival evening sorting this out and finding another place to stay. Never again!

Horrible experience!

Owner double booked and did not tell vrbo. We showed up on Christmas and couldn't get in. Had to go find a hotel. Vrbo failed to do their job on house and refund.

Nice property but.....

While the property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood, we ran into problems right away. After attempting to contact our host numerous times, we finally received the check in code 90minutes late. We had no hot water for 15 hours. We could not load the ESPN app on the living room tv during bowl week and our last day, they came to turn the water off in the property. Communication with the host was difficult.

Good overall

The house is very cute and small. The pictures make it seem like the living room has more space but small for 6-8 ppl. If you are planning on watching tv note that they only have Netflix and not cable and very hard to download any apps. You will need to bring your own essentials for the kitchen as it does not have that many items. The microwave was not working. Per Vrbo we should receive clear communication on how to get in and wifi information however we had to keep reaching out to get that as it was not sent. Normally instructions are in a folder for tv / cleaning process and such but nothing was provided. Overall it was ok for the 6hrs we stayed. Good for a couple if anything.

They double booked and didnt know!

First off i would give negative -5 stars if i could. I booked my stay at least 3 weeks in advance and got confirmation. I trav3d from Kansas and when the day came to check in i realized we didn’t get instructions to check in so i called and they said they would send it to me. They call me back to apologize that it was double booked because they list on several platforms and there calendars didnt synce and its never happened before. Which was a lie if you read the reviews its happened at least 3 other times. So they canceled my reservations and I had to scramble last minute to find another place that would able to host a large group and on Father's day weekend wasn't easy. This was very inconvenient and they didnt offer any help. Would never recommend.
