Ce bel appartement de deux chambres, deux salles de bain avec vue sur l'oc����an est situé dans un quartier paisible de dunes sauvages. Profitez du nouveau plan d'étage ouvert en bas! La nouvelle cuisine croustillante possède tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, armoires sur mesure offrant beaucoup de rangement, de beaux comptoirs de quartz, et carrelage. Au-delà de la cuisine est la salle et salle à manger qui offre un nouveau bar ��������� vin, avec un compteur plus frais sous. La salle à manger offre des si��ges pour quatre tandis que le salon dispose d'une grande télévision ��������� écran plat de 55 "avec magn��toscope, Blue Ray et DVD et un accès direct à la véranda avec de belles vues sur l'oc��an et la piscine! Aussi en bas est une chambre d'hôtes avec deux lits jumeaux et une t��lévision �� écran plat 32 ", une baignoire (avec un sèche-cheveux!) partag����� avec la salle, et une buanderie. La suite principale �� l'étage offre un lit king, 32 "t�����������l��vision �� ����cran plat LCD, une salle de bain priv������e (avec un sèche-cheveux!) Il y a un parking couvert en dessous et l'acc���s à une piscine communautaire. Ceci est une unit����������� au deuxi��me étage avec deux volées d'escaliers ������ la porte d'entr��e. Wifi. Nice property and nice ocean view but deck was enclosed between two other properties so side views were limited. Proximity to Boardwalk Inn was convenient. Great, relaxing stay.

Most of the cheap cookware was incompatible with the induction cooktop. It was really difficult to even cook bacon and eggs. The access stairs in front were completely destroyed from erosion as well the beach at high tide

From the living room and upstairs bedroom you can see the ocean. Very coastal vibe in the interior, great response time from management team. A suggestion would be to just activate a code and give the address in a text message an hour before arrival time. The beach access was closed due to erosion, you just had to walk a few min over to get to the beach. Pool was great, another suggestion would be to have beach chairs and beach towels for guests.

ICP Vacay

Great stay at the property. Everything was clean and amenities provided. Great location as well being so close to the beach and pavilion. Only suggestion is a deadbolt of sorts on the front door since the “kids room” is right off of the entry and parents would be upstairs.

Great beach stay at a perfect location

We had an awesome experience here. Stayed with my husband and two young kids. Perfect location just steps from the pool and beach. About 8 min walk from main restaurants and shops in Wild Dunes, but far enough away from the main hotel that beach wasn’t too crowded. Bed/bathrooms were comfy and clean. Note that primary bedroom is upstairs away from main floor

We love wild dunes, the floor plan works very well for us. This space was very clean and accommodating. Beware the photo for the second bedroom isn’t clear and looks to be a double and a single bed. It is 2 single beds which caused an issue. Also, we have been vacationing on wild dunes for 15 years. We unfortunately learned that we would not have access to the Sweetgrass or boardwalk inn amenities which was available until a change last year. But we learned this after our check in. Should be stated somewhere

The trip took a turn when we noticed some pests on the property that were quite unexpected. Other than that cleanliness issue it was a great stay.

Very nice updated condo next to the beach!

Very good experience! Nicely updated, good finishes throughout and very clean! Right next to pool and beach. Covered garage for unit. Plenty of basic kitchen supplies for meal cooking/use. Only recommendations would be some updated decor. Private beach access was under construction at the condo, but others were only 50yards down and was not an inconvenience. Would certainly recommend!

Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Wild Dunes and have stayed here for many years. This is the second time staying in the Seagrove and we love it. The beach is really close right now but they have brought in sand to try to make the beach larger. When we got to the condo we had no power as the island was without power but we were notified later that evening that is was being worked on and was restored that night. The condo had a great view of the ocean and was well kept and clean. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this place again.

When we got there we were told the condo next to us was getting a new roof and would be done that day. Well, what they did not tell us was that our roof was next and would be worked on until the day we left. We have workers right outside our windows (the bathroom has no curtain btw). The patio was unusable as it had all the garbage (nails, sheet metal, scraps from the roofing) all over it. They also did not tell us they the beach access from the condo was closed. Which was not a new issue as it is eroded from the past hurricane. One other thing I did not like is that you could not open the windows. I wanted to listen to the ocean in my bed and get that fresh ocean air. The condo itself was nice and clean, but we did not like that they kept these very important details from us until we checked in. Very disappointed. And not the vacation we wanted in the ocean. I wanted to hear the ocean, not nailguns and saws.

Reviewer Comments: It's hard to beat IOP & Wild Dunes, so just being in the resort itself is beautiful with less crowded beach areas.I did giggle when I saw the other reviews about the couch, but after staying I will agree there needs to be a new couch asap. We are not very tall people at all and it was extremely uncomfortable to read my book, watch football etc. Other than that the condo is great! We loved being walking distance to the resort amenities for ice cream or a night cap at the lobby bar!I had to grab some air freshener, the cleaning products the crew uses doesn't leave behind the most welcoming aroma- just an FYI. Easy fix :)The kitchen update is beautiful, I cook so an updated kitchen is appreciated! We love Wild Dunes and IOP!
