Sea Breezes est une élégante maison au bord de l'eau près du parc national d'Acadia

Pour voir Sea Breezes dans son intégralité, assurez-vous de regarder la vidéo située à la fin de la galerie de photos. Sea Breezes, officiellement connu sous le nom de Cohen Cottage, est un chalet de deux chambres situé directement sur la rive avec 3 bains. Une salle de bain a une douche et une laveuse / sécheuse; l'une a une douche pour deux personnes et la troisième est une douche pour une personne. Il y a une suite king au premier étage avec télévision à écran plat et deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre à l'étage. Un canapé-lit est disponible dans le salon pour une occupation maximale de six personnes. Le chalet fait face à l'est, ce qui rend le café du matin sur le pont, donnant sur l'eau, délicieux. Il y a un quai partagé avec deux autres chalets avec chaloupe et kayak tandem au bord de l'eau pour nos locataires.

Sea Breezes was perfect for our week long stay. We enjoyed the fabulous sunrises & evening cocktails on the deck, beautifully landscaped grounds, & the comfortable & well furnished accommodations. It was very quiet & peaceful, we especially enjoyed seeing the tide come in/out, and hearing loons, geese, & gulls.

We loved our time at Sea Breezes and were not ready to come home! Such a quiet peaceful setting with easy access to Acadia. We had the best time exploring during the day and then enjoying the stunning views in the evening. Highly recommend!

My husband and I traveled with our 2 teenage daughters and we all loved it. At high tide they took off in the kayaks across the little cove and pulled them ashore for food at the restaurant or walked from there to get ice cream. The mud at low tide goes down about 3 inches. My kids are avid sea critter seekers so they brought their rubber boots and had a blast at low tide. The home is beautiful and well appointed. This is not a cabin. It is a well built home. Comfortable beds, double shades in the master to block the light, big closets, 3 full bathrooms with laundry and high quality appliances. Every detail covered. There are no cut corners here like many rentals. Even the mugs are beautiful. The air conditioning on both floors worked perfectly. We saw bald eagles out back twice. Bring lots of mosquito spray for the front yard because it so pretty you'll want to be there too. There were none out back on the deck or dock on the ocean side. Even the outdoor lighting lining the pathways is pretty. There's also an outdoor warm-water shower. The covered entry has plenty of hooks and space to place your sandy shoes. Shut all the lights off at night, sit on the deck and wait for your eyes to adjust to see the milky way. The quiet side of the island is the way to go. Only 25 minutes to all the activities on the busy side. Read the book left by the host- it is full of great recommendations! Thank you Stacy! We'll be back!

Lovely house with gorgeous views. It is located on the quieter side of the island which we definitely appreciated while still being close enough to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The house was clean and the availability of kayaks was a nice bonus.

Oh my goodness! Waking up to sunshine and incredible views made our stay absolutely perfect. We enjoyed getting out on the peaceful harbor with the kayak and rowboat. We are so thankful for this beautiful cottage on the Quiet side of the island. The cottage was just wonderful, clean, great location, and the grounds were amazing. Thank you!

Very Nuce Property

Everything about this property was wonderful, cleanliness, location, comfortable beds, nice deck overlooking the bay. It’s mostly private, you do share a dock and kayaks with at least one other cottage. Bass Harbor is our favorite part of MDI, quiet with three of our favorite restaurants, great hiking trails, easy to get to other parts of the island. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Mount Desert Island Home

Our family of four, with two teens, just stayed here for a week. The home and property were exactly as described, and Stacy was communicative and responsive throughout the process. The location of the home—on the “quiet side” of MDI—was perfect. A short drive to Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, and other area attractions, but nestled on the waterfront in a quiet setting. The kayaks and rowboat were an added bonus for adventuring during high tide. Would happily stay here again.

Beautiful waterfront property near Acadia!

Property was absolutely beautiful! We loved that we could enjoy dinner out on the deck and my kids loved exploring the garden. The view was lovely and the house/property had everything we needed. Spacious for our family of 4. Owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions. About a 30 minute drive to Bar Harbor/Acadia, which was perfect since it was much more peaceful on this side of the island. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Enjoy the view

Property was the actual highlight of our trip. Acadia was beautiful, lobster plentiful, but this proprty was jaw dropping. Clean, well-appointed, and the best views in Bar Harbor. Woke up every morning to peace amd nature-filled views and excitement.

Beautiful Location!

We loved this cottage! Very clean, and everything seemed new. Perfect for a relaxing stay for our family. The location was great! Enjoyed the view from the patio. We got great use of the binoculars that were provided as an eagle flew right over one morning, it was amazing to watch. We were 5 minutes from Bass harbor where we booked a fantastic fishing tour and The Seafood Ketch restaurant which was great!
