Eastham Beach Haven - Spacious 3-Bedroom Retreat in the Heart of Eastham, MA

This charming pet friendly 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is spotless with upscale modern Cape Cod decor. Main level has fully equipped eat in kitchen and comfortable living room. This home could work as a 4 bedroom house with two rooms located on the main level, one with a king bed and the second with a futon. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second level, one with a queen and the other with 2 twins, along with the second full bathroom. You will stay cool on the hot summer days with 3 window A/C units. (One installed in each of the 3 bedrooms.) Relax in the private back yard with a large deck and outside shower. This is just the start of a great getaway. Take your meal outside to relax with the breeze on cook on the gas grill. Owners stock the garage with items to make the beach even more fun including sand toys, chairs and boogie boards. Washer and dryer are located in the basement to help make your vacation even more convenient. This home is close to everything, yet far enough removed to insure the Cape experience. Come and stay in perfectly, peaceful Eastham. Just .7 miles to Cape Cod Rail Trail.

This spotless house in Eastham was absolutely wonderful, perfect in every way for our week at Cape Cod. The house itself was beautiful, very large with plenty of space for all, in fact it's much bigger than it looks on line. It was very well stocked with everything we could have wanted and more. Very convenient to everything, especially Cape Cod National Seashore beaches. Thanks for a wonderful week!

The house was lovely! The house has a great old cape feel not the newest but had everything we needed. The kitchen is well supplied and has everything you need to cook. The living room was perfect for family movie nights. It was a perfect house for our family getaway. Be aware the mosquitos are bad this year and bring bug spray!

Excellent location and room to spread out

This home is in a pretty and quiet neighborhood while still being close to everything this part of the Cape offers. We loved being able to easily bike to the rail trail, a definite advantage for us. The outdoor shower is excellent and although the backyard is narrow, the deck is thoughtfully laid out. Nice open kitchen and dining area. With sleeping area on both levels, a couple of families could spread out if necessary. Thank you for being dog friendly. Our came for only a few days but it made the two weeks that much sweeter.

Spacious Cape in quiet neighborhood, everything you need

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This house has everything we needed and then some. Property manager was super responsive to any questions that arose. Wifi was strong in the main living areas, less so in the king bedroom at the far end of house. Ideal for kids and adults looking for adventure or looking to unwind. Explore the areas beaches, hiking trails, shops, great food, or just hang at the house with a good book. October was a great time to rent! Spacious yet cozy, with well stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, the latest TV technology (note: took us 20 min to figure out how to work the LR TV and DVD player. We're kind of old school, but maybe leave a note on how to work it for future travellers?) enough DVDs to rival Blockbuster, outdoor grill and shower, as well as covered and uncovered patio for sitting, beach chairs, and more. Given the opportunity, we'd definitely come back!

Great location!

We had an amazing week on the Cape at this dog-friendly house in a convenient location. The house was clean and spacious for four adults, accessible to rail trail, First Encounter and ocean beaches. We have been coming to the Cape for 24 years and this vacation was one of our favorites.
