This exclusive, stunning residence is presented to the rental market for the first time ever for limited dates, and by request only. Prepare to be wowed as you step inside this exceptional Seaside home. Designer touches abound, with every detail of the home meticulously planned and cared for. Constructed in 2021, this 5,338 square foot home offers 5 bedrooms, 5 ensuite bathrooms, and two half baths. With three king beds, two queen beds, and a large bunk room featuring two queens and two twins, you can comfortably sleep 16 people.

The large front porch looks out to the family pool and offers a partial view of the croquet lawns in Seaside, where you can relax and watch the kids play just across the street. The main floor of the home offers a large dining room and professionally equipped kitchen, featuring high end Thermador appliances, that even the most discerning chef will enjoy. A 48" range offers 6 burners and a griddle. A 24" refrigerator and 24" freezer provide ample space for all of your groceries. Rounding out the kitchen are an under counter beverage fridge as well as a crushed ice maker to enjoy your beverages.
Cook your meals at home, or hire in a professional chef to prepare a delicious meal for your family.

An open and inviting floor plan allows seamless conversation with your guests from the kitchen, dining area, and the living room. Two oversized sofas and two swivel armchairs create a comfortable space to watch your favorite team after a long day at the beach. A beautiful gas fireplace can be lit and enjoyed during the cooler months, and window bench seats on either side boast oversized cushions - the perfect spot to curl up with a book.

Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a residential elevator that services all three floors and the garage, making a pleasant stay more readily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Behind the kitchen you will find a powder bath for your and your guests as well as the bunk room, with its large ensuite bathroom. The bunk room features two sets of bunk beds, each with a queen bed on the bottom, and a twin bed on top. The bunk room bathroom ensures everyone has space to spread out and get ready for the day with an oversized double vanity and a lovely tub/shower combination. Additionally, you will find a PlayStation and wall mounted TV for the kids have a little fun indoors after the sun sets.

Upstairs on the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. At the front of the house lies two large bedrooms, which open up to a large front porch. At the rear of the second floor lies the laundry room and a third oversized junior suite. One of the front bedrooms features a beautiful king bed, large closet, and an ensuite bath with walk in shower and a bench seat. The other front bedroom features two beautifully upholstered queen beds, a large dresser, spacious closet, and ensuite bath. The bedroom at the rear of the second floor features a large, light filled bedroom with a king sized bed and dresser, as well as a large walk in closet and bathroom with a walk in shower. Rounding out the second floor is the thoughtfully designed laundry room, with a front loading washer and dryer, hanging space to dry your clothes, and ample counter space for folding and sorting. The elevator services this floor as well.

The third floor is reserved for the master retreat, where we are quite sure you won't want to leave after your stay! A stunning and spacious master retreat features a lovely king sized bed, two chests of drawers, a large dresser, a beverage fridge, a beautiful gas fireplace, and a spacious bathroom retreat. Relax in the two spindle chairs and read a book while you enjoy a crackling fire. In the bathroom you will find two vanities and a makeup area, a beautiful freestanding tub, and an oversized walk in shower. Off of the bathroom you will find a large walk in closet with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Just outside the master retreat lies a powder bathroom and access to the elevator.

Ascending from the third floor, a spiral staircase takes you to the spacious and beautiful roof deck. Thoughtfully designed for ultimate utility, the roof deck features a beverage fridge as well as a dining area under the roof to shield you from the sun. For those looking for tanning opportunities in private, you can enjoy the three loungers to take in some sun on the roof deck. Take some time to take in the sweeping views across all of Seaside as well as water views out to the Gulf of Mexico. Please note that while there is a fire pit and a grill on the roof deck, neither of those are useable for guests due to safety concerns and fire hazards. A nice grill has been provided in the garage that can be wheeled out behind the home for all of your grilling needs.

Not to be missed is the oversized three car garage, which is heated and cooled, the 4 bicycles available for your family, and the outdoor grill for those evenings a steak is calling your name. A ping pong table in the garage is the perfect spot for the kiddos to enjoy a break from the heat in the air conditioning. Private, off street parking for up to three vehicles is the cherry on top for this exceptional beach home.

Just across the street you will find the Adult Only Pool, the Covered Family Pool, the playground, tetherball, a basketball hoop and small concrete court, volleyball courts, a shuffleboard court, croquet lawns, and the tennis center with pickleball and tennis courts. The fitness center is just three doors down from this home. This location is hard to beat with anyone wanting easy access to Seaside's amenities. Amenity passes can be optionally removed; please contact us to remove amenity passes from your stay. The private beach is just a 5 minute walk. At each beach walkover you will find a gated pavilion and bathrooms for you and your guests.

In the center of town, roughly a 4 minute walk, you will find all that has brought fame to Seaside over the years. Air stream trailers dot the center of town, the perfect spot to grab a quick lunch bite or a casual dinner while the kids run free in the grassy amphitheater. Check Seaside's event calendar for summer movie nights and seasonal music in the amphitheater. Dining and shopping options abound, and all are within walking distance. Ditch the car and enjoy your beach vacation on foot or bicycle!

The house was immaculate. It was spacious and comfortable for 2 families (and our dinner guests on one night). All amenities worked flawlessly. The location was convenient and quiet. From booking to checkout, the property managers were prompt, helpful, and easy to work with. The tennis and fitness staff members we spoke with were very nice. The security officer, Nelson, checked in with us several times and reinforced how safe the area felt. We would absolutely stay in this house the next time we visit the area.
