Arriving at Selah | 23 E Ruskin Street in Seaside, you will be greeted by a beautiful paver driveway and both a main house and carriage house. The main house offers an open concept first floor allowing for plenty of space yet still providing opportunities for connection and relaxation. The spacious living room flows effortlessly into the dining spaces which has seating for 8. The kitchen is a chef's dream and is well equipped with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances including, two dishwashers, an ice maker, beverage fridge, and more. The oversized island lends itself to endless meal preparations, games, or storage and provides seating for 4 guests. Arguably the best feature of Selah is the covered swimming pool - a rarity in Seaside. There is a half bathroom located on this floor.

The second floor of this home has three bedrooms and a lounge space perfect for reading and playing games. The first bedroom on this floor is the master and is complete with a king size bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Next you will find two additional bedrooms each with a king size bed and private bathrooms. The lounge space is just past the hall bathroom and is outfitted with a daybed and storage. A fabulously crafted wooden spiral staircase will carry you to the third floor. The laundry room is found on this floor with two sets of stackable washers and dryers.

The third floor is broken up into two spaces. The first space has four lounge-like day beds, a tv for a nice movie, and french doors that lead to a balcony with incredible views of Seaside. Continuing up the spiral staircase you will find the second space, the tower with a covered balcony that showcases beautiful, peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico and Seaside Town Center.

The carriage house is a beach-chic option for those needing a bit more privacy and space. This space is complete with its own entrance, private bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and kitchen and dining area on the second floor. The bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom which includes a stackable washer and dryer. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped.

- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.

Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. The maximum temp for the pool is 90 degrees. The maximum temp for the spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
