It’s a scam. Don’t rent this place. One, short term rentals are illegal in Redondo Beach. Plus the place needs a lot of care a lot of updating and a lot of cleaning. The bathrooms and kitchen are especially disgusting. Additionally, the owners fraudulently claimed damage that was not true and when I tried to reach out to them to discuss, they did not return any of my messages.

Great location! This place was near the beach & close to the hotel where we had an event. It was super convenient for us. The property had some wear & tear. It did not feel very clean and felt pretty old. Some of the people in our group compared it to their old college houses. It was also extremely hot & humid when we first arrived causing the house to smell like wet dog. Luckily our group is laid back and has low expectations. If that weren’t the case, we probably would have had some more complaints.

House was dirty, the whole house smelled musty. The 4th bedroom is in the basement and felt like a dungeon. There were a ton of unusual steps and the unit was all the ways in the back. My grandchild crawled on the floor and his hands and knees were black. To say this is a Stunning beach house is ridiculous and false. Terrible experience.

Were meet by the host in the unit after she said it was good to check in. Was confused on who we were and thought we had a baby with us that she was trying to set up a high chair for. We did not have a baby but she continued to ask if I was sure? Parking was not a guarantee due to fighting with the neighbors.Was asked to “ not say anything to the neighbors about being a rental.

Perfect for us!

This place was simply perfect for us and you cannot beat the location if you are wanting to be in the Redondo Beach area. Kitchen is well stocked, which we had an opportunity to utilize several times. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The area feels very safe and I had no problem feeling comfortable enough to walk by myself at dark the the nearby place to get supplies. Central location was very perfect for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family beach getaway

My granddaughter and daughter flew in from Oregon. After picking them up at LAX the VRBO rental was a short driveway. Enjoyed the convenience of being close to the beach. Was able to walk or ride the bikes to the beach and shops from VRBO rental. Enjoyed the evenings, after being out all day, on cozy sectional with plenty enough room for family to visiting, laugh, making priceless memories. Beds were pretty comfy also

The location was great for our needs

The location was great for our needs as our event was at the Sonesta. The house was clean and neat, however it could use some touchup work on all the trim, window frames, etc. Our bedding in the master had mascara stain on the pillows and other stains on the sheets and the towels could use upgrading. Most of the extra blankets were covered with dog hair which happens so not a dealbreaker. You can see the ocean from the top level but you cannot see the beach. It is driveable close. When we arrived at our 3pm check in the owner was still there doing laundry and was there for another 45-1 hr so that was kinda strange. Overall the house worked great for our needs and was a good safe location.
