The house is bright and open with vaulted ceilings in living room and second floor loft. Kitchen is full size with gas range, double sink, full size fridge, dishwasher, pantry and large bar area for eating/working. Bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with a 3 inch memory foam topper and there is ample space in closet plus a large dresser. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and plush towels, hairdryer, toiletries are provided. Work from home from your desk up in the loft overlooking the ocean. Have a glass of wine and relax on your private ocean view roof top deck on a lounger or seated at the bar height table and take in the beautiful sunsets. There is also a small balcony off the living room with small bistro table and chairs. When the evenings get chilly, get cozy on the sofa and turn on the fireplace in the living room while watching one of the many tv viewing options such as Cable and Apple TV. Use the sound system with Alexa to play your favorite music. High speed wireless internet throughout the home. Designated Washer and Dryer on lower level for your use.

Be aware - house is accessible with stairs only.

Beach chairs, towels, surfboards and outdoor shower with hot water are available for your use. Sorry, no bikes or BBQ.

Just a short walk to Pier Ave. where you will find restaurants, clubs and shopping. Right around the corner from the Comedy and Magic Club and venues with live music. Walk to Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Piers.

Enjoy the beautiful beach with sand volleyball courts, sunbathing, surfing, skim boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, sport fishing, sailing and more. Bike, rollerskate, roller-blade, skateboard and walk on the 20 mile bike bath stretching from Redondo to Venice Beach and Santa Monica.

Excellent location only seconds walk from the beach and the strand, again only minutes walk for restaurants and bars . Accommodation is ideal very comfortable bed and it has everything you need for a stay in Hermosa beach.

Beautiful beach house

This was the perfect beach house to unwind and recover from jet lag after a 14 hour flight from Australia! The location is incredible - less than a minute to the beach. The rooftop patio with ocean views was so fantastic for meals and drinks. The kitchen had a good amount of plates and cutlery to ensure you could make use of the dishwasher. Plenty of cooking materials and basics provided. I would say it’s the best kitchen of a rental I have ever experienced. We made use of the sofa bed upstairs as a second bed and this worked well. Friendly owners who are nearby and happy to help - not that we needed anything else for our stay because of the way the house is set up and supplied. Only thing I found tricky was the parking spot but after doing it once or twice got easier. Would highly recommend a stay here - you won’t regret it. Hope to return one day myself!

Book it, you'll love it!

This place is perfect! It's clean, fully stocked with everything you'd need to make a Thanksgiving dinner, and it's walkable to all the restaurants/bars and the beach. I have no complaints at all. Would definitely see if this spot is available if we ever spend 4-5 days in Hermosa :)

Great Beach Getaway for Two

First Time in Area

I was in town for a concert at the forum. First time I’m the area and wax convenient to LAX and the concert. Mary Ann was a great host and made sure there was not anything I needed. Lots of options for restaurants within walking distance. Had a great time. The pictures are authentic and it’s adorably decorated with items available to use at the beach.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

My wife and I stayed for four days here, and it absolutely exceeded every expectation we had. The location is amazing - about five blocks away from the Hermosa Beach pier, just a couple of houses in from the Strand. The place itself is really cool, clean, and decorated well --- lots of California and surf memorabilia, with an awesome roof deck and a smaller deck off the main floor. Mary Ann was a wonderful host - we had zero problems checking in, and we got a great welcome packet with info on places to go and things to do. We would 100% stay here again if we're back in the area.

Far exceeds expectations

I have never been in such a well appointed unit. Everything you need is here. Obviously a lot of thought went into stocking it. Communication with the owner was fantastic with very quick response times. The location is fantastic just a few short blocks south of the Hermosa pier and all that the pier has to offer. The unit has no common walls with any other building so that you have complete privacy and quiet. It is also a very quiet neighborhood. It’s hard to see in the pictures but there’s a very cute little loft upstairs with a couch and the adjacent outdoor rooftop patio. It’s decorated with lots of fun surf culture items and has so much room for two people. We were so much happier being here than we would have been in a hotel. If you are even on the fence about renting this place
 Just do it. You will not be sorry.
