Step inside this brand-new construction home with ample space for up to eight guests, this property is ideal for families, groups of friends. The open-concept living area features a large sofa and a 75" Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Aggieland. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. Small applicances include a Keurig, blender, crock pot and toaster.

Venture outside tothe backyard, where you'll find a barbecue grill and a few chairschairs creating an inviting space for gatherings.

Retreat to one of the inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, ample storage space, and modern amenities to ensure a restful night's sleep. With 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen beds, there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with amenities such as a hair dryer, bathtub, and even a jetted bathtub for a luxurious soak in the master. Other features include AC, WiFi, a washing machine, and heating. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying a cozy night in, we look forward to welcoming you to our place.The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, offering a peaceful sanctuary to unwind and rejuvenate. The master includes a ceiling fan and smart TV.

This beautiful home is amazing. Great location, very comfortable beds, lots of space and the host is so easy to communicate with. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Our family stayed here for a game weekend and it was fantastic. The home is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable & it had everything we needed. The check-in process went smoothly (we were even allowed to check in early which worked out great considering we got into town earlier than anticipated). We will definitely stay here again next time we visit College Station!

A few co-workers and myself stayed here for the Veterinary Technician Annual Conference. Very Comfy 4 Bedroom home, very nice and clean. If I ever had to re-visit College Station/Bryan, definitely would book again!

Everything was great. Only issues we had was the water wouldn’t get hot in the bath tub in the master. Ran out of paper towels. Other than those items, it was a great stay even though for only one night.

Perfect Stay!

We were in town with family and friends for a memorial service. We stayed with 2 other couples and a couple of our kids. House was spotless, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen. Bedrooms had fans in them, always a plus just because I like noise when I sleep. It was reasonably priced. It was a little further from town, but well worth it for the cost and quality. We will definitely keep this house in mind for a future stay!

Beautiful home!

First time renting a home and had a wonderful experience! The house was very comfortable and very clean, which was most important. The host was very thoughtful and provided everything needed for a two night stay. So happy we decided to rent through Vrbo instead is staying at a hotel. So much more comfortable!!
