La plage parfaite de 3 chambres s'évader! Profitez de la piscine communautaire et des courts de tennis tout en séjournant dans cette parfaite maison de trois chambres et deux salles de bain située dans la paisible communauté Beachside. Cette maison est tr�����s proche de la piscine, des courts de tennis et une promenade facile ������������������������������� la plage. Cuisine dispose de comptoirs en granit, avec table de petit déjeuner dans la cuisine. L'espace de vie est une combinaison ouverte salle �� manger et salon avec tabourets de bar le long du bar de la cuisine. Le salon s'ouvre sur une v����randa avec une autre salle �� manger, puis à une terrasse ouverte avec barbecue �� gaz. Ceci est un plan d'étage divisé avec 2 chambres secondaires d'un c�����té avec une salle de bain commune partagée. Sur le c�������������té opposé de la maison est la chambre des maîtres avec une salle de bain privée qui s'ouvre sur le porche filtré. WiFi, lecteur Blue Ray, douche extérieure, terrasse et véranda. Grill et linge de maison inclus. Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie.

Being able to walk 5 minutes to the beach made it perfect. Also, it was just a couple minute walk from the grocery store and restaurants. Easy to hop on the connector to Mt. Pleasant or Charleston. We definitely recommend it!

Love Isle of Palms

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfy and good space for our family. The walk to the beach is fine at about 8 min. The kitchen / baths were very dated and low end with fiberglass tubs and coil stove. The hardwood floors needed repairs (soft wood in places) and the decking was alarming in its state of repair. The beds were very uncomfortable across the board. Our kids even complained and they can sleep on the floor. The cost was very excessive for the state of the house in the off season. We have frequented many IOP properties as well as properties in the this neighborhood and we know we could have for the cost.
