Professionally decorated home located in the sought after Pelican Reach area of Wild Dunes - One block to the beach with a free golf cart and neighborhood pool access. (a three-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to the pool!) We've even added a free golf cart for easy access to all of Wild Dunes resort! Additional extras: ping-pong tabel in the garage along with additional refrigerator for any overflow groceries you may have.
The house has 5 porches/open decks with a stunning golf course view.
Beautiful hardwood floors downstairs - huge updated large open kitchen with breakfast area that opens to a screened front porch - perfect for catching the ocean breeze.
The open floor plan offers both dining and living area with porches that are both screened and open, overlooking the beautiful oak lined golf course
There is also a master down with private bath. A queen bed and private front porch round out the downstairs master.
Upstairs:
Huge master bedroom with king bed, large master bath with jacuzzi and separate shower + a private porch overlooking the golf course.

The property was actually better than the pictures. It is nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. The views of the golf course were lovely. All the bedrooms were a great size and again very comfortable. It was so nice just to spend time in this lovely home.

This home was absolutely perfect! My daughter got married and the venue was on the island 6 minutes away! The home was decorated perfectly! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped! Thank you!

Kitchen is nice and roomy with plenty of space and well stocked kitchen ware, pots, pans serving bowls - even a stock pot! Pantry had a few staples of spices and sauces.Multiple dining tables and porch areas were enjoyed. The surprise was finding a huge load of linens in the dryer when we were doing a small load of laundry. One suggestion would be to mark light switches so there is no guesswork in what switch controls lights and lamps.

We have stayed in this house for our family vacation for a number of years now. Its a great house for our family, very clean, well equipped. Beth is very good to work with. I highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was pretty clean, well appointed, good, comfortable space, and nice location. Nice to have use of the golf cart, although the charging cable didn’t fit well so we were not sure how well it charged. Because there was no indicator, we didn’t ever go too far. The kitchen had just about anything you’d need. There were condiments left from previous guests, some of which should have been thrown away - such as an open bag of chips. Powder room light did not work. We called and a repairman came. He thought he’d fixed it, but as soon as he left, it didn’t work again. We didn’t notify the management again until checkout. There were a few beach chairs and toys. We had brought our own, but would have been nice to know they were there. None of these things were deal breakers. Still a very nice place to stay.

As a group of 2 families with small children, We had a great time in this home! Our Favorites-extremely close proximity to community pool & public beach access -golf cart made trips to the beach so convenient for traveling as a group with littles/ hauling chairs etc-home had lots of space for multiple families -loved the screened in porchesDrawbacksWe did have to contact the owner to assist with a deck board, dishwasher and the main TV. The owner responded quickly to fix the issues. - Some of the “welcome binder” language was off putting, had some details in the binder been published in the VRBO ad, we may have reconsidered this property as it did not seem that welcoming to families with young children. - Issues with being able to use the main TV. From the language details in the “welcome binder” it seems like other people have also had issues using the tv in the past. Even after the owner came out to respond, we still had Intermittent issues. Overall we had a great time in this home!

Great stay!

We loved our time at Pelican Reach. Close proximity to the beach- I’d say two blocks is more accurate than one. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Overall it was a great house with comfortable beds and lots of space!

50th Anniversary Celebration

We have decided to spend time with family and create memories instead of spending money on gifts. This was a first trip for the entire family and it will be hard to top. We all agree that a return trip will definitely be on the list! The house was perfect! We loved the close private beach and accessibility to shopping and dining. We traveled into Charleston to sightsee but really relaxed and spent time as a family with conversation, time on the beach and playing games and sharing meals. Thankyou so much.

Lovely home, convenient to the beach and golf courses. Outside porches could have been a little more cleaner. Gutters need to be cleaned.

Great Wild Dunes Trip

House was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed to cook for two families. Very quick walk to the beach. Did not even use the golf cart to the beach because the walk was so short. Great hot water supply and plenty of towels. Loved the porches.

Peaceful retreat

Easy access to the beach and swimming pool, lovely porches for morning coffee and reading. It was pollen time so that was a negative. Very quiet and away from the hub. Great place to run and bicycle. The home was spacious and everything worked

My “Bucket List” vacation

Overall, it was amazing
 the only draw back is that when you are downstairs you can hear the floor creaking above you when people are walking around up there! Other than that we had a WONDERFUL VACATION,,,!!
