Quick Turnaround

I had to get a last minute location to house casting for my film. The host had a quick turnaround, the same day, and was great with communication. I loved the layout of the home and the location was close distance from downtown and other locations we used in our filming.

Ok for short stays

Host was pleasant. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The house gave what it needed to give (considering it’s an older home, and price). Parking available was a big driveway and an additional covering. Had amenities needed. Supplies were stocked. Had a nice back yard for pets.

The host is execellent but I'll NEVER stay at this property again!!!!

First of all, the host was gracious. We had no issues, at with her. It was the property itself. This property had a very bad roach problem. YES, ROACHES. They were so bad, I barely slept at all. Literally praying that I didn't bring any of the roaches back home. ALSO, I'm not sure if there was a family of raccoons in the loft above our heads. We could hear them walking all night long. Between that and the roaches, it was so bad, we tried our hardest to stay gone most of the time and my grandsons stayed with my daughter, whom we were there visiting, most nights. This was by far the most uncomfortable stay I've ever had. We booked for 5 days and had to live out of our luggage because there was nowhere to put our clothes. No dressers or anything there. (Honestly didn't mind due to the roaches.) The beds felt like sleeping on metal. If there was a way I could've gotten my money back and booked somewhere else, I would've done just that! But, I was outdone by the roaches alone. I do feel like they didn't just come out of nowhere and the manager should have addressed that prior to us being there. Of course you're not going to mention anything about roaches in the listing because people are more than likely not going to book. Unless you don't mind any of the things mentioned above, DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Love it

Wasn't in town but not far from anything we needed. Peaceful neighborhood. Cozy house. The property was great to relax and unwind. We own and operate a few businesses. The house made it to where we literally stayed in and had stuffed delivered just to relax.

Cozy Sufficiency

Family Thanksgiving visit. Cozy spacious good location as advertised. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable king size bed. Sufficient for our purposes! Bring extra wash cloths, ice trays, otherwise provided. Would stay again.

Nice House, Loud Neighborhood

The house was large for up to 4 guests but was missing some basic necessities. The neighbors played loud music but it all stopped at 9pm and then was quiet. Good parking and close to gas stations.

The property was exactly as stated. Very impressed with the cleanness and condition of the home. Check in was perfect. The owner very helpful and nice. Stayed there to attend a grandson Army Graduation - would stay in the same house if we every go back to Columbia.
