Lovely area and cute place. Stayed one night with my husband and Mom for a concert. Needs new construction walk through and a new cleaning company. I’d think about starting again with any new positive reviews

This was a nightmare not only did the host show up beating on the door she literally called the cops bc we had 2 people over for dinner. Keep in mind this property sleeps 4 and there were only 4 people there. She was beyond rude and completely unhinged she was the most solid definition of a Karen I've ever encountered in the wild. We were not drinking being loud or having a party by any means. It was uncalled for. And let me get into the property itself. Nails sticking out of the unfinished steps leading up no trash bags, no hand soap, no dish soap nothing was there except a couple mix matched cups and a half used roll of paper towels. Greasy fingerprints all over the kitchen and the1 tv. And this place is behind a house that by all accounts you would think was abandoned but I guess she lives there. You park right next to what is her houses kind of carport area that is FILLED with junk there is no yard and what little yard her house has is completely overgrown. So do yourself a favor and skip this booking trust me.

The place was in a great location. The floors was a little dirty and the bathroom walls. More mirrors would have been great. The iron was very small. If you stay here bring an iron.

The facility was clean and easy to access. It was within a short drive to everywhere we needed to go. The only negative part was that we were staying for 3 evenings and there was only one roll of toilet paper provided. I contacted the host thinking that I just couldn't find extra rolls and was told "It's customary to provide a single roll for short stay". I thought that was odd for only one roll for two adults staying 3 nights and also odd that they didn't care to rectify it. We went out and bought additional toilet paper and everything else was great!

The place was clean and perfect for what we needed. Close to base and the property host was absolutely excellent to deal with. Very accommodating.

She was very rude knocked on the door at 9:58 walked in the spot and asked for us to leave while I was on the toilet. I said ma’am I’m using the bathroom and her response was check out time is at 10 and I said ma’am it’s 10:01. The place was unfinished she lives in the house in front. Very uncomfortable

The stay was fine, it was the host that was the problem. Her rule was no OVERNIGHT GUESTS, she risked everyone safety with a broken step, the vent hadn’t been changed out in nearly a year and the garage flooded after it rained. She made unnecessary issues because she did not want our business there.

What an amazing stay

I went out to see my partner graduate BCT, the location was amazing, the ease of access and distance from base was amazing. The movie room is so much bigger than what the picture looks like. The entire apartment was amazing. Kira, our host, was amazing and she was so responsive. It really helped ease the stress off of making sure I was set for my reservation.

SCU Baseball Game vs. LSU

Overall, the property was spacious and the pictures accurately represent the space. The water pressure in the shower was top notch! We could tell there were some finishing touches that needed to be done. I recommend getting luggage racks, floor length mirrors, and lamps for the bedrooms.

Very Spacious

I had a great experience staying at Kira's place. The place was very spacious, the bed comfortable, lot of seating in the living room and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A big shower! Yeah! And Kira was very responsive to any messages I sent. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay.

It was a pleasant place to stay for a short trip. Quiet neighborhood. Wasn’t using the property much, just at night to sleep. Beds were okay. It met my needs. Good communication by owner.
