Welcome to "Desert Gem Stays" our PGA West vacation rental! This stunning private residence blends luxury & convenience for your perfect desert getaway.

Located within Signature at PGA West, this home is walking distance to world class golf, a luxury resort style pool, clubhouse, & gym.

PGA West is a premier golf community with perfectly maintained grounds, gated access, & security.

DESCRIPTION:
Property is a 2-story, single family home, 1960 sq ft interior space. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, bonus room w/ murphy bed, living room, dining room, full kitchen, office/laundry room, outdoor dining space with BBQ & fire pit.

Sleeps up to 8 comfortably

Bedroom #1 (king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closest, 55" TV)

Bedroom #2 (queen bed, walk-in closet)

Bedroom #3 (queen bed, standard closet)

Living room #1 (large sectional couch, 65" TV)

Living room #2 (queen Murphy bed, sectional couch, library, games, 55" TV)

Signature Clubhouse amenities include the following:

Explore PGA West using our Golf Cart & bicycles throughout your stay! Each guest is required to read & sign our liability waiver prior to use.

GUEST GUIDEBOOK:
Guests will receive a link to our Guest Guidebook. It includes driving directions, a house manual, restaurant recommendations, check-in/out procedures, liability waivers, & more!

GUEST ACCESS:
PGA West is a gated community. Guests are asked to provide all names of those passing thru the guard gate. Host will add names to the PGA West guest list.

Property is equipped with Smart Locks for access. Guests will receive a message with the access code prior to check-in.

Guests must use a key fob to access the Signature Clubhouse (pool, gym, BBQ). Key fob is provided.

EV CHARGING:
Level 2 EV charger is located within the garage & is available for guests to use.

PETS:
Pets weighing < 20 lbs are permitted for a fee. Inquire for details.

Weekend Getaway - Family Reunion

I spent a recent weekend with my 12 year old boys out in the PGA West neighborhood for a quick family reunion. My wife had located the property via VRBO and I am so glad that she found this place. The property itself is in a very safe, quiet neighborhood and has close access to the pool and gym. The house was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and was orderly in a way that helped you to really relax. My kids enjoyed using the bicycles and as a family, we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood in the golf cart while listening to music. Darren is an excellent host and was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again next trip to the area and I would highly recommend this property to others.

Perfect stay!

This property has every thing and more to feel instantly welcomed. It’s exceptionally clean and has such a great vibe. We absolutely loved our time there. Every thing is so well taken care of and the home smells amazing! The golf cart was the biggest hit. We highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Another PGA West successful family get together

Darren was an excellent host. He was very responsive in all our communication. The amenities of this home were great. Everything we needed was here to make memories with our kids and grandkids. We loved the golf cart and explored new PGA West areas everyday. The views of the mountains from the back patio were great. We enjoyed most meals outside. We will be back.

Very clean, comfortable place to stay. It’s not super fancy. But perfect for four grown men in the desert to play golf. Beds were comfortable. AC (very important) worked great. Great communication with the manager. 100% recommendation.

Amazing Stay at PGA West

We loved our one month stay! The highlights were: the awesome view of the mountains from the yard lookout, golf cart to get around, great firepit for evening, close golf courses and delicious food at Ernie’s, bikes, pool floats, workout weights and a well equipped kitchen. We hosted several groups of friends and family so really appreciated the xl washer and dryer. The host was extremely responsive! Thanks for a great escape from the Chicago winter!

Place was amazing. Very clean and had everything you could want. Answered any questions we had right away and were very helpful. Probably was best timeshare we have used. We would definitely go back.

Great Property in PGA West

We had a great stay just around the corner from the Stadium course. The homes amenities were well thought out, the decorating lovely, and the location perfect for our stay. Host was attentive and easily reached. Our only problem was that the tv was streaming and we couldn’t watch regular tv in the great room.
