The unobstructed backyard views of the Santa Rosa Mountains are priceless, with daily sunsets that are simply stunning. MountView is clean, fresh, fun, and provides a relaxing experience for all.

PGA West observes quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, and noise should always be kept to a minimum when outside as there are local residents and golfers.
PGA West requires that you to park your car in the garage. If you have more than one car, they must be parked in the driveway.
If you would like the pool heated (to approx. 83 degrees between 8AM and 5PM), there is a daily fee of $40 to cover utility charges.

Everything about our stay was above expectations. The host couldn't have been more welcoming, accommodating, and easy to work with. The house had everything you could ask for or need, and more. Everything was stocked well, and the house was very clean. The instructions for operating everything were well thought out, making it incredibly easy. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful home

We enjoyed this property immensely! The large kitchen/family room combo was perfect for a group of six and the views of the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains from the living area were spectacular. The property host, Kristin, responded promptly to our questions. Thank you for a memorable week!

Beautiful Home

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The house was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The backyard view and pool are beautiful. Owner was very responsive in answering questions. We will definitely stay here again when we visit LaQuinta.

Getaway with old friends!

This house worked perfectly as a place to rendezvous in the sun with dear friends. We found the home accommodated 2 couples very comfortably. It is clean, well appointed, and conveniently located. Kristin is one of the best hosts we’ve dealt with

Power Trip Festival

Beautiful home and views of the mountains to the west and the golf course just to the side of the pool and hot tub. The purpose of our visit was to attend the Power Trip music festival, and the property was only 10-15 minutes away from the polo grounds. Our host was very responsive to text messages and there were no major issues during our stay. It does take a little while to weave through the development to get to the house and you can't re-enter through the east gate, but it was worth it for the views and sunset each night.

I Don't Know How it can get Better Than This.

Having been a former STR owner I'm always on the lookout for little hiccups in the property I'm renting. In this case there were none. The location was par excellence, the house clean and better appointed than any others we have stayed in. They had kitchen utensils that I didn't even know existed, games I didn't know how to play, and Roku TV to boot. The towels were thirsty and the hot tub at a consistent 103. Very easy check in and out. Maybe I could say it was hard to see the North Star due to the palm trees being in the way. The horror....

Gorgeous home with stellar views

My wife and I stayed at this home for our honeymoon and it couldn’t have gone better! The home was very clean, updated and comfortable. The mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The backyard is a show stopper - amazing views, plenty of seating and a nice pool/hot tub. We’d definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to visit!
