The owner was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. The view was great. My only complaint is to update furniture. The balcony is small, with minimal leg room and the chairs are uncomfortable as well.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were unhappy with some of the features. The balcony is a standard size for a one bedroom on the oceanfront, and the balcony chairs are common outdoor chairs found in most hotels in Virginia Beach.
