The host of this property was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. All instructions and info for the property were clearly given. The studio listing has a sofa bed so it says sleeps 4 but would be very tight area for 4 Otherwise, for two people it was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, the area was quiet, and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach. Randy was also extremely responsive and helpful whenever we needed him, which made a big difference.The property did have a few quirks. The refrigerator, fan, and AC could be pretty loud at times, although Randy explained that some of those concerns had recently been brought to his attention and were going to be addressed.We also had two unexpected and very much unwanted “roommates” make an appearance early in our stay two roaches that apparently decided they wanted to escape the coastal weather and join us inside. Randy had already treated outside, and when we contacted him, he came right over, took care of the one we could find, and treated inside as well. We never saw another one for the remainder of our stay. Were we dramatic enough to temporarily retreat to the bed? Absolutely. But we appreciated how quickly and seriously Randy responded.Overall, the minor issues didn’t take away from what was a really enjoyable trip. The location, peaceful surroundings, convenience to the beach, and especially Randy’s responsiveness were all positives. We appreciated our stay and would consider staying again.

Checking in was a breeze, and the hosts had the room prepped early, had bikes for us to use, made ice, and left chocolate for us. They even allowed us to reschedule our original rental immediately after we asked. Will definitely stay again!

We live here in Virginia Beach and love coming to the oceanfront. We have walked by this property many times while taking our kids to play volleyball on the beach, as well as biking in from the north end. The property always caught our eye because of how cozy it looked. There always seemed to be a lot of fun going on. So, when the opportunity to buy a unit here we knew this was a great fit for us. We have been in the hospitality business for over 34 years. We would love to help others enjoy this paradise we have been so fortunate to experience.

Our property is located at 40th and Atlantic Ave. It is located directly on the beach at the end of the boardwalk. This is considered by most to be the quiet end of the boardwalk. There are only 42 units in our condominium complex. There is a mix of unit owners and short term guests. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking or biking distance. We have a nice size outdoor pool and a large pool deck with chairs for laying out or sitting at the tables. Our back lawn has tables and chairs facing the ocean. It is the perfect place to take in all the beach atmosphere without getting sandy.
