Welcome to Hummingbird Cottage, a charming Arts & Crafts-style retreat built in 2016 and nestled in a peaceful Black Mountain neighborhood. Just a short walk from Lake Tomahawk, tennis courts, and downtown shops, this cozy home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and mountain charm. Whether you're sipping coffee on the screened porch, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, or relaxing indoors with a good book, Hummingbird Cottage is an ideal setting for romantic getaways, artist retreats, or a quiet weekend escape.

• Located in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to Lake Tomahawk, pool, tennis courts, and downtown Black Mountain

• Large screened-in porch with ample seating and views of the private backyard
• Gas grill on a stone patio in the private backyard
• Fire pit in the level yard surrounded by mature trees and hummingbirds
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and both Keurig & drip-style coffeemakers
• Eat-in kitchen with a dining table for 4
• Central HVAC system with mini-split controls in the living room and both bedrooms
